Jace and Clary- Their Future

The Question

"Look Jace all of the flowers are blooming" Clary's eyes are filled with amazment as all the flowers bloom right in front of there eyes. "I know! Isn't it beautiful!" Jace replies. All Clary could do was nod because she was tto amazed. "Come on Clary" Jace says pulling her up the spiral staircase. "Let's go up top so we can have a better veiw" When they reach the top Clary gasps. "Oh Jace it is even better up here you were right" She goes up on her tipy toes and gives Jace a kiss. He puts his arms around her waist and she puts her arms around his next and they begin to slow dance. "This is just like the first time we ever came up here together" She smiles at the thought of it. "It was my seventeenth birthday and you gave me a witchlight stone" She gigled a little bit then said, "I didn't know what to do with it at first but now I understand" She suddenly pulls the stone out of her pocket.

"Clary I love you" Jace whispers softly into her ear as they hold each other close. "I love you too Jace" Clary says. "But why all of this? What is it for?" Clary asks softly. Jace sighs and finally comes out, "Because I love you Clary thats why all of this. I love you and I will never love anyone else the way I love you. We've been through hell together Clary. We've even been through war and we knew we even had a chance when we thought we were siblings. And I love you" Clary blushes. "And thats why. Clarissa Adele Morgenstern will you marry me?" Clary was so stunned she didn't know what to do or what to say. Well of course she knew what to say, yes. "Yes Jace! Yes yes yes!" She giggled as they shared a kiss and Jace slipped the ring on her finger. "Oh Jace it's so beautiful! Did you pick it out yourself?" He laughed and said, "Well I might have had a little help from Isabelle and Simon but sure" Clary laughed, she just couldn't help it. This was the happiest day of her life. She's getting married yo Jace!

"Isabelle! Alec! Come down right now!" They came running down the stairs knowing what she was going to say. "What?"Alec says with a smile on his face. Clary gasped, "Don't say what, you know what! Jace asked me to marry me!!" Isabelle squealed and started talking to Clary. Alec and Jace decided to step back and let them go all girl crazy. "I didn't realize what the term 'girl crazy' meant until right now!" Alec whispered to Jace. Jace let out a small chuckle. "Man you look so happy Jace. I'm so happy for you!" Jace's jaw dropped, "Oh no Alec don't go all Izzy and Clary on me! I nee you man!" Alec laughed, "I'm not like that but I really am happy for you" Jace smiles and gives Alec a pat on the back.

"Let's celebrate with some iced tea" Isabelle says walking into the kitchen with Clary. "Mmmm sounds good" Clary says as she sits down at the table next to Jace. While Isabelle gets drinks for everyone Mayrse comes walking into the kitchen. "What are you guys so loud about" Mayrse asks. "Jace you didn't tell her?" Clary asks. "Tell me what?" Mayrse aasks. "I asked Clary to marry me!" Clary and Jace smiled at each other. Mayrse squealed, "Oh my this is so great! Congragulations Jace and Clary" She gave them both a hug and they all enjoyed the evening together.
