Jace and Clary- Their Future

Alicante

"Clary come on we have to go I told Magnus we'd meet him at one and it's already twelve thirty!" Izzy yelled up the stairs to Clary. "Okay! I'll meet you in the car!" She called back annoyed because Izzy had been nagging her about it since she woke up this morning. She knocks on Jaces door and then slowly peeks her head inside. He was putting on his shirt when she closed the door behind her. "Hey Izzy and I are leaving now see you in a few days!" Clary said to him. He made a sad face over to her and then came over put his arms around her and gave her a gentle kiss and hug. "I love you" Jace said as she turned to grab her bag and she smiles back at him. But then she heard Izzy screaming for her, so she ran down the stairs and out to the car. 

"Geez Clary what were you doing up there? Magnus is gonna turn us into rats if we're late!" Izzy said to Clary as they pulled out of the driveway to the Institute. "I'm sorry!" She replied. "I was saying bye to Jace I won't see him for five days while were in Idris!"  She said back panting from running down the corridor and down the stairs before Isabelle came at her with a seraph blade. "Are you excited?" Izzy asked Clary. "Cause I know I am! I mean five days of shopping? My kind of week!" Clary laughed at her. Izzy was more excited than her and it wasen't even her wedding. "So Magnus will portal us to Alicante and Helen Blackthorn will meet us there and we will be staying with them at the Blackthorn Manor with her, Emma, and Julian" Cary smiled and replied back, "Hey do you hear that Emma and Julian just became parabati?" Izzy gasped and brightened, "Oh that's so cute! Good for them!" As soon as she finished the car stopped and there stood Magnus Bane, High Warlock of Brooklyn, Standing there in front of us with a very angry face. 

Izzy looked over at Clary and grunted while slowly getting out of the car trying to be gentle because Magnus was starting to kind of worry her. "Hey Magnus sorry we are running a little late we had some last minute packing to do and we kind of lost track of time" Izzy replied hoping that he wouldn't explode on her. Magnus looked over at her and sighed and said, "It's fine i'm just really tired. Chairman Meow kept me up all night playing with a bug in the window" He sighed. "I just want to do this and go home and sleep. Ready?" Izzy nodded. "We just have to get our things from the car" Clary said. They walked over to the car and grab her two bags and walked over next to Magnus and Izzy stood on the other side while he started to make the portal. The portal finally opened and Clary and Izzy quickly thanked Magnus before walking through. 

Clary landed on her feet hard causing a slight stinging sensation in her ankle. She looked over next to her and Izzy was standing up smiling. "Alicante!" Izzy yelled. They both laughed before walking down the path to where Helen was. "Isabelle! Clary!" Helen yelled, "So good to see you! Emma is really to see you Clary" Clary blushed, "Aww I'm excited to see her too!" Clary said back. Emma's so sweet Clary thought to herself. Emma may seem tough on the outside but on the inside she is a gentle beautiful girl. "Shall we go?" Helen said as they started down the path. 

When they pulled up Emma, Julian, and Tiberius were sitting on the grass waiting for their arrival. As soon as Emma saw them she stood up. As Clary got out of the car she got knocked over onto the soft grass by the force of Emma's hug. "Clary!!" Emma yelled hugging Clary as she sat up. "Emma I missed you!" She replied back to all the affection. Emma finally let go and started laughing. Then she got up and gave Julian and Tiberius a hug too. "Emma can I talk to you inside by myself?" Clary asked her. Emma smiled and said, "Ya lets go up to my room and we can talk" She said as they walked into the house. 

"So what's up?" Emma asked Clary. Wondering why she wanted to talk to her in private. "So Emma I think you've heard that me and Jace got engaged?" Clary asked her. She nodded and replied, "Ya I heard congratulations!" she said. "Thank you! But I was wondering... Would you like to be a bridesmaid with Izzy and Maia. I still haven't asked Maia yet though" Emma's eyes light up and her face filled with color. "Yes Yes Yes of course" She yelled as Clary just smiled happy that Emma was so happy!
