Jace and Clary- Their Future

The Honeymoon

When Clary woke up the next day Jace was already awake. He was always awake before her. "Good morning wife!" He said to Clary as soon as she woke up. "Good Morning husband!" She said back as she sat up and rubbed her eyes. "Isabelle came in a few minutes ago and said that we should pack up and then we can go downstairs for breakfast" Jace said as he grabbed a couple of shirts out of his drawers. "Okay I'm gonna go over to my room and get packed up then!" Clary said. But before she exited the room she gave Jace a quick kiss and said, "I love you". When she entered her room someone was sitting on her bed. It was Izzy. "Izzy what are you doing in my room" Clary said as soon as she saw her. "I just wanted to see you before you left! And I thought I could help you pack!" She says. 

"Okay how long are you guys going for?" Izzy asked Clary. "Three days" Clary replied back. She went through her closet looking for swimsuits to bring with her. "Wait," Izzy said, "Where are you going again?"Clary laughed. "Were going to Hawaii!" Clary said. "Ohhh" Isabelle replied. "So you'll need sundresses and bathing suits and sandals" Clary nodded. Isabelle picked out three sundresses for Clary. The first one was a knee length white sundress with pink and red floral. The second one was also a knee high dress except it had blue and white stripes running up and down. And the last one was a strapless maxi dress with orange and white chevron print.  "I love all of those dresses thanks Iz!" Clary said after Isabelle had showed her which dresses she picked out from Clary's closet. "So what did you pick out for bikini's?" Isabelle asked after she finished putting the dresses in Clary's suitcase. The first bathing suit was a black strapless bandeau bathing suit with frills hanging from the top along with a black bottom. The second one was a white floral with a strap that went around her neck. The last one was the same as the first one except in white. "So what do you think?" Clary said to Izzy. "There perfect!" She said as Clary softly placed them in her suitcase. "Aright that's it!" Clary said. "let's head downstairs for breakfast I'm starving. 

When Clary and Izzy got downstairs Jace and Alec were already down there. "Good morning Mrs. Herondale!" Alec said as soon as he saw Clary. "Good morning Alec! Why are you in such a good mood?" Alec said because Alec was surprisingly cheerful this morning. "What I'm happy my two best friends got married last night!" He replied back. "Aw that's so cute!" Clary said as she walked over and gave him a hug. She went and sat next to Jace. "Who's hungry?" Mayrse said. They all in unison said, "Me!" Mayrse laughed at them and started handing out pancakes and fruit. "These are so good!" Clary said. "Thanks!" Mayrse said back very happily. Nobody usually liked Mayrse's food because she always burns things. "Alright well thanks for breakfast but Clary and I have to go! We can't miss our flight!" They said goodbye to everyone and then walked out the door with their bags in their hands. 

As soon as they got outside Jace got a cab and told the driver that they were headed for the airport. They had to leave earlier because they didn't want to get stuck in traffic and wanted to get through security without having to wait in a really long line. "So are you excited?" Jace asked Clary when they got in the cab. She nodded her head and then nuzzled her head into him. He wrapped his arm round her. "Me too!" He said. "A whole three days without Izzy knocking on my door every five seconds" He replied. They both laughed. "One thing I'm most excited about is no more wedding planning!" Clary said. Jace let out a big sigh. "I know tell me about it that was so annoying!" Jace said. When they pulled up tot the airport Jace paid the driver and grabbed both their bags out of the trunk. 

"Alright so we've made it through security now we just have to find our plane" Jace said putting hos shoes back on. "It's 17A so it must be this way" Clary replied back. Jace nodded and they took hands and started walking in that direction. They walked for a few minutes until they saw there gate. "There it is!" Clary said pointing in its direction. They walked o to it and sat down. But they didn't have time o sit because as soon as they sat down they started boarding people onto the plane. "All first class riders please board the plane!" The stewardess said. "That's us!" Jace said. They walked over to the stewardess showed her the ticket and then went into the tunnel. When they boarded the plane Jace was so excited. The chairs were large leather recliners with TV's in front of them. When they sat down the pilot announced that they would be taking off in about five minutes. And five minutes later they took off. 

The plane ride was going to be a very long ride. It takes ten hours to get to Hawaii. "So what movie would you like to watch?" Clary said to Jace. Jace thought about it for a moment scrolling through the movies. "How about the godfather?" Jace replied back. "Alright that's fine" Clary said. She quickly pressed the button and the movie started. About halfway into the movie Clary fell asleep. After the movie was over Jace joined her in sleeping and was only awakened by the sound of the pilot announcing there landing. Jace was the first one to wake up from the announcement was Jace. He gently woke up Clery. "What are we here?" Clary said when she woke up. "Ya come on!' Jace replied back. As they exited the plane large gust of  warm air hit them. "It's so warm!" Clary said to Jace when she felt the warm air. "Alright let's go get our bags and then we can head over to the hotel!" Jace said. "What's the hotel called," Clary asked, "So we can tell the cab driver" Jace looked down at the papers  that Mayrse gave him. "It's called the Royal Hawaiian in Honolulu" Jace replied back reading it off the papers. After Jace had gotten their bags they went and got a cab. 

There cab drivers name was Kai and when they got in he yelled, "Welcome! My name is Kai and I will be your transportation!" Clary and Jace laughed. "Hello! Thank you very much!" Clary replied back. The whole drive down they talked with Kai about Honolulu and introduced themselves and where they were from. When they finally arrived Clary was amazed. "Wow it's so beautiful!" Clary said. As they exited the car they said goodbye to Kai and paid him with a very generous tip. "Thank you!" They yelled as Kai drove away. When they entered the hotel it was beautiful. everything was very opening and very welcoming. After they had checked in they headed up to their room to check it out. 

When they got up to the room it was beautiful. There were large sliding doors that led out to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. There was also a large king sized bed and a flat screen TV. "It's perfect!" Clary said Jace nodded but they both went to bed because of jet lag. 

The first day they were in Hawaii they chilled out by the pool. They went swimming and tanned on the poolside. "I love this so much!" Jace said. Clary agreed, they were in paradise. That night they went out to dinner on the Beach and then took a walk on the beach. "We should do this more often!" Jace said. Clary laughed, "If only!" When they were done they headedup to the room and called it a night. 

The second day they went into town. They had lunch together and just walked around. They then went to the public beach and took a swim because it was really hot out. "Ready to head back?" Clary said. "Ya let's go" Jace said . They once again went out to dinner together and then went back up to the room. 

The lat day they had to pack up and get back to the airport but before they left Clary said to Jace, "Thank you for giving me the best four days of my life" And gave him a kiss.
