Part 26

I went to my room angrily and got freshened. I lied down on bed but sleep was faraway as i am feeling guilty now for behaving like that with Manik.. I realized how stupid I was. He really got scared and shouted in care. But without understanding anything I shouted at him. Yeah like he say I am nuts. I did a great mistake. His words are full of fear and care. I should ask sorry to him..

With that i went to his room and slowly opened door only to find it empty.. "he still not returned" I thought and went to hall waiting for him.. After sometime I slept off unknowingly.. When i got up in morning i am in my room tucked in duvet.. This act of him made me more guilty and immediately i went to his room but he is not there. He already left to office.. i tried calling him but he was not answering.. After that even I went to office decided to talk to him evening.

Evening i reached home by 7 and prepared dinner waiting for him.. he came at 10 and directly went to his room.. i knocked his room he didn't open after 5 min he came out and said "Nandini I'm tired.. don't disturb me" and closed the door.. "ahh how rude.. instead of apologising for his behaviour he is behaving rude to me.. why did I even felt guilty 😡😡🤬"

I had my dinner scolding him and went to my room to sleep peacefully as tomorrow my inlaws are coming and i need to sleep in his room again.. 🙄🙄

Next day he went to receive his parents while i was preparing breakfast. Manik's parents and friends came by 9 and had breakfast.. I took half day leave to spend sometime with them.. After lunch i said i have important work so i have to go office and will be back as early as possible. I noticed one thing From morning Manik was just talking whenever anyone ask anything else he was sitting quite and he is not even looking at me there was restlessness and pain in his eyes .. i kept aside all these thoughts and started working on designs which i was able to complete by 7 and went to home..

After reaching home I greeted everyone and went to Manik's room to get freshen up.. Mukti also followed me to room..

Mukti: Nandini if you dont mind shall i ask you a question?

Nandini: Haan Mukti.. ask na why are you even asking me for permission

Mukti: Did you and Manik fought ?

I looked at her in confusion

She said "I mean he was looking kinda diatracted from morning.. he didn't even talk properly to anyone.."

Nandini: Nothing like that Mukti.. his product release date is approaching na he is tensed for that.. you don't worry i will talk to him..

She was about to say something when i got call from Manik number..

I showed it to Mukti and answered call "hello Manik.. where are you? Here all are waiting for you"

Then i heard from some other voice Unknown: Is it Manik's wife ?

I said "ha.. who are you? And why My husband phone is with you?"

Unknown: Mam.. please be calm.. your husband met with accident...

'What? What happened to him?' Tears flooded in my eyes. 'Can you come to hospital now?'

'What happened to him, please say, pleeeeeeeeeeeeease' That was the last word I talked and I fell unconscious, something hit on my hand.

I opened my eyes in hospital. Mukti and Alya are sitting near me. I couldn't hear what they are asking to me. Only one person was filled in my thought, its my Manik.. I closed my eyes again.

Please Manik come back to me, I need to say my love to you....

'Nandu, I am here.' It is Manik's voice I turned to look at him. He was standing with white shirt and blue jean. We were in beach. The same place where I chosen to say my love. I went near to him. I slapped him and hugged.

'Why you left me?'I cried in his arm.

'I am sorry Nandu.' He hugged me back.

'No need to ask sorry, Mistake is mine. I shouldn't have msged him. Boys show their love by possessiveness only. I was blind I didn't see that. I am sorry Manik.. please don't go away from me again. I cant stay away from you.'

'Sure sweetheart. But you not yet say that three words to me.' I smiled and got out from his hold. I sat in the sea shore. 😍❤️

'Come and sit here.' I said. ' Get up.' He said in serious tone.

'What happened Manik?'

'Nandini please open your eyes.' He pleaded.

'My eyes are open only, are you alright Manik?' I got up and touched his cheeks. But he hold my arm and shaken me. Beach changed in to hospital. The place I was sitting changed in to bed and I was leaning on that.
