I mentioned earlier i lost two pounds... well i've lost a little more. I was in the "healthy" bmi range of around 18.2, but now i'm like 17.9ish, which is technically "underweight" for my height. I don't mean to loose weight. Seriously all I do everyday is sit in my rocking chair reading and listening to music. if i work out at all, its this little 1 minute easy routine before i sleep.
if i loose anymore weight, i should probably tell somebody. though i dont want to gain more. i was fine at 18.2 bmi.
...meh, maybe I'll just wait until my next check-up in july if it's still a problem.
