I looked up and saw the boy with the red and white hair. His multicoloured eyes were slightly wide with shock. It seemed like he didn't expect to catch me either. "Midoriya~kun! Are you okay?" Uraraka asked as she quickly made her way to us. "Y-Yeah.." I managed to respond, still very shocked. I stood up and turned to face the boy who caught me. "T-Thank you for catching me!" I quickly thanked him. "Don't worry about it, but you're okay right?" He asked, seeming concerned. "Yeah, I'm fine." I told him, smiling softly. "Er- I should probably go. Thanks again for catching me." I said. "Yeah, see you later." He said. Uraraka and I smiled softly and continued walking down the stairs. "I didn't know that Todoroki~kun was so caring!" Uraraka said after we were out of the school. So that's his name. "Really?" "Yeah. Usually he doesn't interact with other people, but when he does, he's super cold to them. That's the first time I've ever seen him care about someone." "Coincidence?" (I THINK NOT!) "I'm not sure. I haven't really seen him catch anyone else." Uraraka murmured. "Let's not think about it too much. He was just being nice!" I told her. "Alright. I'll see you tomorrow?" "Yeah, see you tomorrow, Uraraka~chan." I said my goodbyes and turned to walk home, thinking about today's events.
Todoroki's POV:
I walked back to the classroom, picking up my forgotten book. I sighed in relief and quickly made my way to work. I worked at a small cat cafe for a few hours after school. I had a short shift since I was still a student and my father was the number 2 hero. I didn't have to work, but I wanted to. It was my only other excuse to get away from my father. Plus, the cats were pretty cute. I opened the door and smelled the sweet aroma of the cafe. I could smell the brewing coffee and the baking bread. I saw a few cats lazily laying in the sun and a few perching on the high shelves scattered around the cafe. I looked down to see a fluffy white cat with a blue eye and a golden eye. She was a Persian cat who was deaf in her left ear, the side with her blue eye. I knelt down and scratched behind her right ear. She immediately started purring and leaning into my hand. "Todoroki~kun, are you just going to sit there and pet Emmi?" I heard one of my classmates and coworkers, Yaoyorozu, say. I pet Emmi on the head before standing up and walking to the employee's locker room. I put my school bag into my locker, changed into the uniform and walked out to where everyone else was. "We have 11 guests scheduled tonight, three families and one couple. The families will be staying for two hours each and the couple will stay for an hour. We'll be closing at 10:15pm tonight." Yaoyorozu informed. (I was literally writing this out on a notepad. I'm tired, okay?) I nodded and grabbed six cans of cat food. I opened the first can, which woke up every cat. They all made their way to the food bowls and just stared at me. Wolf, a large black, white and grey Maine Coon, meowed at me to hurry up. Emmi just looked up at me with her beautiful multi-coloured eyes. I saw two black cats, a Japanese bobtail, and a tortoiseshell cat approach. I picked up all of their bowls and dumped a can of wet cat food in each bowl. Since I could only set down two bowls at a time, I set down the bowls belonging to Wolf and Emmi. I quickly set down the rest of the bowls, threw away the empty cans, and walked over to the counter. "One of the families should be here any minute. We currently don't have any cat paw shaped cookies. Todoroki~kun, can you start making some?" Yaoyorozu asked. I nodded and walked over to the sink to wash my hands. The cookie dough was already out and where it needed to be. After I dried my hands, I went over to where the cookie dough was and began to shape it into cat paws. All while I was shaping the cookie dough, my mind was on Midoriya. What made me catch him? I didn't see everything that happened, but I heard Bakugo speak before Midoriya fell. Did he really push Midoriya? Why? I looked up and saw Yaoyorozu greeting the first family. It was a family of four. The two daughters smiled widely when they saw one of our black cats, Shadow. "This is Shadow. He's fairly social and loves having his cheeks scratched." Yaoyorozu told the two girls. "You can sit where ever you'd like." She told the adults. They nodded and sat down at a table with four chairs. Yaoyorozu picked up four menus and brought them over to the table. I turned around and put the cat paw cookies in the oven. Once I closed the oven and set a timer, I looked around for anything else to do.

I checked the clock to see that it was already 10:10pm. The last family was leaving the cafe while Yaoyorozu and I were cleaning up. "Do you want to clean the kitchen or get the cats?" I asked her. "I'll clean the kitchen. You're better with the cats anyways." Yaoyorozu said. I nodded and walked over to a shelf that had a bag of treats on it. I walked over to the other room that had cat beds, bowls, and litter boxes. I shook the bag of treats and all of the cats came quickly. Once all of the cats were in the room, I closed the door and headed towards the kitchen. I grabbed a mop and quickly cleaned the main room. I saw Yaoyorozu come out of the kitchen and smile softly, meaning that everything was clean and we could go home. "See you tomorrow, Todoroki~kun." Yaoyorozu said as we walked out of the dark cafe. "See you at school, Yaoyorozu~san." I responded and we went our separate ways. Once I got home, I would have a few hours of training before I could even think of falling asleep. It seems like I have a long night ahead of me..
Cat cafes are amazing!! I went to one once in Germany and almost died, but the cats were adorable. There was one cat who had an attitude, but she still let me pet her. It was a lot of fun, until I almost died. But there were cute cats, so it was okay ^^ This is Wolf, by the way. I didn't know how to properly describe him. Except, Wolf is a lot fluffier than the cat in the picture.

Also, do you think Todoroki would be more of a cat person or a dog person? (His personality fits the cat person type, but you never know ^^) What about Midoriya? (I kinda think he'd be both. I think Deku's just an animal person.)
