Hey my little kittens! Before this chapter starts, I'd like to say that there is some cursing. If that bothers you, then I'm sorry (there's cursing in the anime, so...yeah..). This is your warning. Tea is being spilled in this chapter XD.
Todoroki's POV:
I leaned back after kissing his cheeks, my cheeks flushing a bright pink colour. I saw his eyes go wide, his cheeks pink as well. He blinked a few times and then started falling. I quickly caught his small body and looked around. No one had noticed us.
I scooped him up bridal style and walked towards the nearest bedroom. I was surprised at how truly small and light he was.
As I was walking, I was able to look down at his face. I knew the way around this place like the back of my hand. I remember playing hide and seek with Yaoyorozu when my father was at work. I knocked on the door and paused before entering. I opened the door. The room was still as elegant and I remembered. I walked over to the elegant and large bed, setting Midoriya down gently. I picked up the light blanket sitting at the end of the bed and laid it on top of him. He seemed more relaxed now, as if he was in a gentle sleep.
Relieved to see his calmer state, I smiled softly and spoke to him. "I'll be back Midoriya~kun. Please don't leave this room until I get back." I murmured into his ear. I leaned back and turned towards the door. I walked out and shut the door behind me.Once I got back into the main room, I started looking for him. The only one who could've hurt Midoriya. I heard him before I could see him. His loud and aggressive voice was shouting at Kirishima, unless he called someone else "Hair for Brains". I walked up to him.
"We need to talk."
"Eh? About what, Half and Half?"
"I think you may know. If you'll excuse us, Kirishima~kun." I grabbed Bakugo's arm and led him outside. Once the door shut and I was sure no one could hear us, I spoke.
"Midoriya~kun. I don't understand why you pick on him and beat him around as if he was just a punching bag."
"He's like a lost puppy. He'll find someone he looks up to and annoyingly cling onto them. I just got fed up of his stupid little obsession with me. Deku was always in my way."
"Of what?"
"Getting what I wanted."
"Then you were doing it wrong. He has a kind heart."
"How would you know anything about him? You've only known him for a few months and you're acting like the one who grew up with him."
"I've seen the way he acts around everyone. If he was anything like you, he wouldn't still be trying to be friends with you." I watched his eyes narrow with frustration.
"Excuse me?"
"You're a terrible person, Bakugo~kun. You treat everyone like shit and you don't give a damn about their feelings."
"And you don't?" He retorted.
"I'm nothing like you. When Midoriya~kun came into my life, I treated him better than you ever have. It's sad that you don't care when you break someone down so much that they can just say that they're 'used to it'."
"What are you, his boyfriend?"
"No, but I do know enough about his relationship with you to know that you're awful. You don't even realize what you're doing to the people around you and the people who actually want to get along with you."
"I don't have to put up with this." As he tried to walk past me to get inside, I grabbed his arm with my right hand, ice forming on his arm.
"Let go of me now."
"Not until you tell me what you did to Midoriya~kun and apologize."
"Tch..If you think I'm going to apologize to anyone, then you're clearly mistaken."
"Fine, then I'll just make you." More ice was forming on his arm. He growled and brought his free hand to his slightly frozen arm and created a medium sized explosion, severing the connection between my right hand and his arm. He leaped back and created a larger explosion, the black smoke clouding my vision. I felt his fist collide with my cheek and I whipped around to see his wide smirk. I swung my left fist at him. I didn't hit his face, but instead his chest. When the two collided, a few flames burned into his chest, leaving him coughing. I took this opportunity to shove him to the ground, on his knees, and grab the chain on his choker.
"You need to leave Midoriya~kun alone."
He spit on the ground and smirked at me. I glared at him for a moment longer and then dropped the chain on his choker. I walked inside, shutting the door behind me.
"Woah, bro, what happened?" I heard Kirishima ask.
"I had a little disagreement with someone."
"Bakugo~kun? Did he hurt Midoriya~kun again? You two seem pretty close." Kirishima murmured.
"Yes. I don't like how often he hurts Midoriya~kun. I also don't understand why he's so cold towards you when you obviously like him." I saw Kirishima's cheeks turn about as red as his hair.
"W-Wait..it's that obvious?!" He asked, his voice shaking.
"Eh, I just know what it looks like. It's probably not that obvious to others, or they would've said something."
"Oh thank you..." He seemed to sigh with relief. "Wait, is Bakugo~kun as messed up as you are?" He waved to my face, where my cheek was pink and partially covered with dust from Bakugo's explosions.
"I don't think so." I answered. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I should probably clean up my face before other people see me like this."
"Of course. I'll go check on Bakugo~kun." We nodded softly and went our separate ways. I managed to avoid everyone on the way back towards where Midoriya should be. I used the bathroom right next to the room where he was sleeping. I washed off my face and looked at the marking that my cheek had. It was still pink and noticable, but it wasn't that bad. After I finished washing my face, I walked into the bedroom, seeing that Midoriya was still sleeping. I smiled softly to myself, glad to see his cute face again.
"He'll probably want water when he wakes up." I murmured to myself. I looked at his face one more time before turning towards the door. I put my hand on the door knob and paused for a moment.
"T-Todoroki~kun?" I heard a small voice call. I turned to see Midoriya's large green eyes open and looking at me.
"You're awake." I responded and walked back over to him. He sat up and looked around, his eyes wide.
"Where am I?"
"One of Yaoyorozu~san's spare bedrooms."
"Why?"
"You passed out. This was the closest and safest place to leave you while I was sorting something out." I explained.
"Oh.."
"Are you okay?"
"Yeah..thank you. Are you okay?"
"Yeah... I'll go get you some water."Hey my little kittens! Sorry this took a bit to come out, I've been dealing with a few personal problems.
