Todoroki's POV:
I woke up to the sound of Izuku's alarm. I opened my dual-coloured eyes and looked down to see the petite boy snuggled close, his arms wrapped around my waist. I smiled softly and untangled my arms from around his neck.
"Izuku~kun, it's time to wake up." I told him, my voice still laced with sleepiness. I saw him yawn and slowly open his eyes. I yawned shortly after, his yawn being contagious.
"M-Morning..." He murmured sleepily. His emerald eyes looked tired.
"Morning." I smiled softly. He untangled his arms from my waist and turned to shut off the alarm. He turned back and buried his face in my chest. I felt my cheeks burn.
"It's too early." He complained. "What day is it?"
"Izuku~kun..." I smiled.
"What?"
"It's Saturday. I have work in a few hours." I told him. He looked up at me.
"Does that mean we can stay like this for a little longer?" He asked, his eyes wide with plea.
"Alright. I don't want to get up anyways." I murmured. I picked up my phone and set an alarm for 8am, two hours from now. I put the phone down and looked at Izuku. He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me close. I loosely wrapped my arms around his neck again, my fingers brushing against his dark green hair.
"This is nice." He murmured, his voice muffled by my shirt. I hummed softly in response. I started running my fingers through his soft hair, something soothing to both of us.
As my eyes began to droop, my fingers started to slow down until they were completely still. I smiled very softly as my eyes closed once again, sending my conscience into a dreamless sleep.
The loud beeping right next to my ear woke me up. I sighed and moved my left arm, the one that wasn't under my body, from behind Izuku's neck and grabbed my phone. I turned off the alarm and looked down at the sleeping boy.
"Izuku~kun, wake up, I need to go soon." I whispered to him. His only response was burying his face into my shirt.
"Izuku~kun." I called. I felt him stir a little before looking up, his emerald eyes clouded from sleep. His arms loosened around my waist, a small frown on his face.
"Hey, do you want to come with me? I'm sure the cats would like to see you and I don't think Yaoyorozu~san would mind." I suggested. His eyes lit up at the offer.
"I could do that?" He asked, looking up at me.
"Yeah."
"I'd love to go. I'd like to see Emmi again." He smiled at me.
"I'm sure she'd be happy to see you." I responded. He moved a little away from me, giving me room to sit up and stretch. He stretched as well, his arms above his head.
I moved off of his bed and realized something.
"H-Hey Izuku~kun, could I use a shower?" I asked, turning to him. I felt my cheeks burn with embarrassment.
"R-Right. How could I forget?" He chuckled softly to himself. "Yeah, we have a guest bathroom if that makes you more comfortable." He offered. It made it less awkward.
"Yeah, that sounds good."
"Okay..Follow me." He stood up and lead me to a door right across the hall from his. The door opened to a bedroom. I followed him as he turned to the left and opened another door, the bathroom door.
"There should be everything you need in there." He told me with a soft smile.
"Thanks.." He nodded and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. I walked over to the shower and stared at the knobs for a few moments before figuring it out. I turned the knobs to a comfortable looking temperature. I turned away from the shower and caught my eyes in the mirror above the sink. I walked towards it and stared at my scarred face. I brought my hand up to the scar around my eyes.
"I'll love it for both of us until you learn to love it too." I smiled remembering Izuku's kind words when we first started dating. I smiled up at my scar and leaned away from the mirror, pulling my hand away from my face. I turned back towards the shower and stuck my hand under the stream of water.
"It's good." I murmured to myself and dried my hand on my shirt. I looked around and saw a forest green towel folded neatly under the counter. I picked it up and brought it near the shower. I unbuttoned the white school shirt I had been wearing for the past two days and peeled it off, setting it gently on the counter. I did the same with the rest of my clothes and stepped into the shower. I put my face under the water, closing my eyes.
The warm water washing over my face made all of the previous stress go away with the water.
I stayed there until I needed air. Pulling my face away from the water, I rubbed my eyes and sighed softly, returning to the real world, where water costs money.
