I felt my phone vibrate and I saw the message Unknown sent.

"Fuck," I mumbled and looked around.

I looked for Brandon's number and called him.

B: bro where you at?

Me: I'm at Venice beach where you at?

B: don't worry about that I'm coming to you

Me: Brandon where the fuck were you?

B: you're not gonna like the answer to that.

Me: will Rose like it?

B: that's why I won't tell you either.

Me: yo... just hurry up. Meet me by the rides.

I hung up the phone and began speed walking to the amusement park a bit down the boardwalk.

My phone vibrated and I saw Rose's name.

Me: what?

Rose: where the hell are you?

Me: I'm meeting up with Brandon. I'm at Venice beach.

Rose: I'm going over there

Me: no you're not Rose you need to stay away-

Rose: You two mean a lot to me. See you soon.

And she hung up.

I rolled my eyes and continued walking. I saw Brandon in the distance and ran to him. He was worried as shit and he was looking around.

"Did you see anyone?" I asked.

"No they're like fucking bugs," he groaned.

"Hey boys."

We turned around and saw a random guy with a guy and a girl behind him.

"So wassup?" I spat clenching my fists.

"Zion don't," Brandon mumbled.

"So who's it going to be? Did y'all choose who's dying?" The main guy asked.

"Me-"

"Zion shut the fuck up-"

"No. You have a kid-"

"HEY!"

"With that piece of shit I ordered to stay home," I groaned finishing my sentence as Rose came out of the car with... everyone.

"Rose go home! All of you go the fuck home!" Brandon yelled.

Jewel glared at me and I sighed. She approached me and said, "I'm dumb. I'm sorry. I know it was a set up."

"About time and I'm sorry for what I said," I mumbled and she nodded.

I wrapped an arm around her and she was shaking. Edwin came with a bat and I shook my head at him. I knew Austin was with the baby.
