Simon's Niece (An Over The Top Fanfic)

First Day Of School

Melissa and Gwen went to their high school. It was in walking distance from the hotel. It's NYC, pretty much everything's in walking distance, plus it wasn't far from the hotel. 

They were in homeroom class. Their teacher, Mrs. Burke, walked in.

"Settle down please, thank you very much. Before we start this morning, I would like to introduce our new student, Miss. Melissa Ferguson. Come on up and introduce yourself to the class."

Melissa got up in front of the class.

"Hello, I'm Melissa Ferguson.-"

"Oh, I sense a English accent. I love that!"

"Thank you ma'am, that's flattering."

"Wait a minute...are you by any chance related to Simon Ferguson, the actor?"

"Yes, he's my uncle."

"Oh my god! You're his niece whom he took custody of! I'm sorry about your Mom."

"Thanks," she said giggling awkwardly.

"Why don't you have a seat in my chair, it's more comfortable for you."

"No thank you, I'm here to learn, not to be treated like her majesty Queen Elizabeth the 2nd."

"You're the niece of Simon Ferguson, you deserve everything!"

Melissa facepalmed.

Melissa and Gwen got back to the hotel. Simon was reading a book and Hadley was in her office behind the front desk. Melissa sat next to her uncle as Gwen walked to her mother as she walked out her office.

"Hi Gwen, how was school?"

"It was hilarious!"

"What do you mean?"

"When Melissa was introduced to homeroom, the teacher turned into a Simon Ferguson fangirl, started giving Melissa special treatment."

Simon started laughing his signature laugh as he got up.

"Ah the perks of being famous! Ha ha ha ha ha!"

"Uncle Simon, I'm not famous, you are! Mrs. Burke is now giving me treatment like the queen."

Simon laughed again.

"What's so funny!"

"What did you do, tell her you're my niece?"

"No, she asked me after I introduced myself."

"The accent and good looks? Ah." They both said at the same time.

"Seriously, Uncle Simon, what should I do?"

"Tell her to stop, that's the best thing to do. Is she the only fan girl?"

"Yeah."

"Just tell her to her to treat you like everybody else."

"Ok, I'll tell her...and Uncle Simon, good looking!?"

Melissa was laughing loudly like him as she went up the stairs

"Hey! I'm a nice looking man!" Simon yelled.

"Ha ha ha hahahaha!" Melissa laughed as it was fading as she went farther up.

"Wow, she reminds me so much of you," Hadley said.

"Me too, I don't know why."

"She does. And by the way, you are a good looking man, she just doesn't really think of you as good looking because you're her silly but cool uncle."

Hadley gave him a kiss on the cheek as he smiled.

"Aww Hadley, you're so sweet."
