Soon, Simon was laying in bed awake holding Melissa.
"I finally fell asleep, I feel so much better," Simon said.
"Finally."
"I'm so sorry I yelled at you darling. It wasn't your fault."
"I forgive you Uncle Simon."
"I love you so much."
"I love you too."
Then, Hadley walked in.
"Y'all want something to drink?"
"Some tea, thank you," Simon said.
"Alright."
Hadley left.
She came back with two glasses of tea. As soon as she opened the door, Simon and Melissa were sleeping in each other's arms.
