Lost Lucy

Simon and Hadley arrived back at the hotel.

"I had a wonderful time this evening," Hadley said.

"Me too. Hads...I...uh-"

"Simon, you're blushing. I think I can answer this for you. We're falling in love again, aren't we?"

Simon smiled and nodded. Hadley gave him a peck on the lips. They went from a peck to kissing.

"My room or yours?" Simon asked.

"Mine."

They ran upstairs to Hadley's room. They were by the side of the bed. Their foreheads touched, he was caressing her cheek. They kissed again. They laid on the bed. You know the rest! ;)

Melissa, Daniel, Rose, and Yorgo walked to Gwen's door and knocked. She answered.

"What are all of you doing here?"

"We need to show you something, hurry." Daniel said.

Gwen walked with them. When they got to the room, the door was open!

"The door's open!" Daniel said.

"Lucy!"

"Here puppy puppy puppy, here girl," Daniel said.

"A puppy!?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah, what we wanted to show you," Rose said.

"Who left the door open?" Yorgo asked.

Melissa smiled, in guilt.

"Melissa!" Daniel said.

"I'm so sorry Daniel, I guess I didn't close it all the way."

"We're gonna have to search the whole place for her. Meet us back in here."

They started looking for her.

Melissa checked the lobby.

"Lucy? Lucy girl?"

she whistled for her. Melissa checked behind the lobby desk.

"Lucy? Where are you!?"

Yorgo cheeked the kitchen.

"Puppy!? Puppy!? Where are you!? You better not poo in my kitchen!"

Gwen checked the dining area.

"Lucy? Where are you, you little mut!?"

Then, she heard the phone ring in the kitchen. She ran to pick it up.

"Hello? Hey Kyle. I can't come ov -... I'm helping my little brother and Melissa look for something -...I told you I can't tonight! Kyle! Kyle! Calm down!...Ok...I'll be there. Ok ok! Bye."

She hung up.

After what seemed like a long time, Simon and Hadley walked downstairs holding hands. They noticed Daniel in the lobby.

"Lucy? Where are you?"

"Daniel, sweetie, what are you looking for?"

He turned to face them.

"Uh, nothing!"

"Daniel Martin! Who's Lucy?"

Hadley picked Daniel up and sat him on the desk.

"Daniel, tell Mommy, what you're looking for, and we'll help you find it?" Hadley asked as her Southern anger was triggering.

Daniel and Simon gazed at each other and shrugged. They told her about Lucy.
