"About two weeks back here and I'm already done with this place," I groan sitting down on our table in the cafeteria. "Don't be such a baby," Kevin scolds me. "Can't help it that this place is a hell hole," I argue with him.

"Hey, you must be new here!" A girl cheers behind Kevin. "I wasn't here the past weeks, but I'm Aria," she introduces herself sticking out her hand. I raise my eyebrows at Kevin in question. He nods his head slightly as a sign, so I stand up.

"Hey, I'm Kailee," I introduce myself shaking her hand. "I'm actually not new. I went away for a month and a half, but it's nice to meet you," I explain to her.

Aria gives me a confused look as she sits down next to Kevin. "My parents send me off to Canada after something happened to me. Came back two weeks ago," I explain to her.

"Yeah and of course she is being a bitch on being back at school like always," Kevin interferes. "Good thing you are her twin and are exactly like her." I don't even have to look up to know that Jay sits down beside me.

Not only do I recognize his voice, I recognized his scent even before I heard his voice. The tingles that erupt in my body when he's close to me also betray his presence.

"Aren't you supposed to be on my side?" Kevin asks his best friend with a betrayed look on his face. "I don't know," Jay answers shrugging.

"What happened to bros before--" Kevin starts. "Don't finish that sentence," I cut him off. Kevin puts his hands up in defense before he goes on with his lunch.

"The two of you are twins?" Aria asks. "Yes," Liv answers before any of us can say anything. She sits down next to me and smiles. "The creepy kind of twins. You know, those who talk in unison a lot," she explains further. Aria nods chuckling. "I get exactly what you mean," she answers. "I have two little twin brothers and they're always like that." Only then I notice that Aria has a little southern accent.

"Wanna go on a date with me tonight?" Jay whispers in my ear when everybody goes back to their own conversations. I turn my head towards Jay. "I would love to," I tell him. His smile grows in victory. Dimples grow as his smile does. I never noticed he had them, but damn, they are cute.

"Hey Jay," a high-pitched voice chirps beside us. I look up to see Charlotte standing there, twirling her fake blonde hair. "My daddy got tickets for a movie premiere in New York this weekend. Do you want to go with me?" She asks in her annoying high-pitched voice. It actually makes me wonder if she puts it up or if it's just her normal voice.

If it's the latter, I'm really sorry for the person who'll end up with her.

"This weekend?" Jay asks. Charlotte nods her head eagerly. "Well, I have to check my calendar. Wait a second." Jay gets his phone out and my smile falls a little. "I'm sorry I have plans with my girlfriend all weekend," Jay says wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"I'm so not a fan of this," Kevin mutters under his breath. Immediately, Liv slaps him on his shoulder. He yelps in pain and starts arguing with her.

"She's your girlfriend?" Charlotte asks in disbelief. Jay nods with a huge smile on his face. "Yeah sure and you think I believe that?" She asks before she starts laughing. "That's a really good joke."

"Want me to kiss her to prove it?" Jay asks as he tightens his grip around me. "That's such a wattpad cliche," I whisper in his ear.

"That's a good one Dallas, but I won't fall for it. I've watched movies, you know?" Charlotte tells him. Jay mutters something I don't understand before I feel his lips on mine. I immediately kiss back wrapping my arms around his neck.
