"Hey," a slightly familiar girl tells me as she sits down next to me in the sand. "Uh hey," I greet her.
"You don't remember me, do you?" The girl asks chuckling. I shake my head with a confused look on my face. "I'm Amy, Jay's ex-girlfriend?" A light starts shining in my head. She's the girl I met just before I went on tour with my dad.
"You remember," Amy states as another girl sits down with us in the sand. "This is Maya, my best friend. Funnily enough, we met through Jay." I shake Maya's hand, who has a confused look on her face but smiles anyway.
"You know Jay?" I nod my head in response, but before I can explain further, two arms are wrapped around me and I get carried to the sea. At least, I think that's what they want, but I start hitting and kicking around me.
"Damnit, Kai. That hurts like hell," my brother groans setting me down on the ground. I smile sweetly at him before I walk back to the two girls. Both of them stare at me confused. "My brother," I explain as I see him walk towards the Grier-household.
Uncle Hayes organized a guy-day today. I don't know what it means, but I know it stole my father, my brother and my boyfriend. When I asked Jay, he wouldn't tell me what it was. Asshole.
"Is she one of them?" Maya asks Amy, who immediately nods her head with a tight smile. As if on cue, a couple of girls sit down on the sand in a circle. All of them are blonde with an amazing model-body. So, it's only self-explanatory that these girls are models. Modeling agencies would be crazy if these girls wouldn't be.
"We found another one, girls," Maya tells them pointing towards me.
I wave at them awkwardly. This is the weirdest thing that has ever happened in my life. That's something because there have happened a lot of weird things to me.
"Poor thing," one of the girls states staring me down. "She sat here all alone," Maya says nodding her head. "No one around her?" Another asks with a shocked look on her face. "All alone. No one around her," Maya confirms.
"Sitting right here," I mutter under my breath.
The girls around me ignore me and just go back talking about me like I'm not here. Somehow, the conversation starts to be about Jay. All the girls have something to say about him and let me tell you, it's nothing positive.
"What do you think, uh?" One of the girls asks turning to me. "Kailee," I point out for her. "What do you think about Jay Dallas?" My eyes widen. They want me to trash-talk my boyfriend? Are they crazy?
"He's amazing," I tell her honestly. All the girls look at me with wide eyes and an open mouth. "She's still in that stage," one of the girls mutters. "Poor thing," another mutters.
"It's okay sweetie. We know he's an asshole," a girl tells me. I furrow my eyebrows together. They don't even know him. "He's the sweetest," I tell them.
"Help me!" A male voice screams as arms wrap around me from behind and my back gets pressed against a chest. I lean into the male as I recognize his scent. "That bad?" I ask him forgetting about the girls around me. "Please remind me why I would do this in the first place?" He asks.
"Because you're a nice person, you wanted uncle Hayes to feel good and your dad forced you to?" I answer chuckling. "I'm never doing this again!" He exclaims placing his lips against my neck.
Someone clearing their throat snaps us out of the bubble we were in. I look up to see all the girls around me staring at us with wide eyes in shock.
He tightens his grip on my waist. "Lee Lee, what are they doing here?" He asks in shock and disbelief. I open my mouth to answer, but one of the girls is faster. "Lee Lee?" She asks. "I thought your name was Kailee?"
