Fears

"Guess what, Ponus! I got 200 out of 200 on our test!" He carried me on his back and transformed into a car. I felt the wind brushing against my face.

I also saw my fellow students riding their respective robots. Some were flying, but Ponus and I agreed we wouldn't fly again.

I hate flying.

We were currently moving when my eyes caught something above. I saw Raya in her large dragon form heading towards us again. I instinctively ducked to avoid her reaching for me, feeling like everything was about to go wrong.

"Damn it!"

"Ponus! Ponus! Damn it!" I shouted, but Raya kept on flying. It wasn't until then that I realized the jerk who owned the dragon was behind me.

His eyebrows raised, giving me a smirk. Standing in front of me with his arms crossed, he tilted his head, followed by a clenched jaw.

"Bring me down... Bring me down!" Raya's master just stared at me before moving his mouth into a pout.

He laughed at me while I was standing there, already wanting to cry. I tried my best not to be afraid, but every time I closed my eyes, I saw something traumatic. I hated heights because my grandparents said that Mom and Dad fell off a cliff due to a car accident.

"Put me down... Please..." I managed to say before I lost consciousness.

"PONUS!" I yelled, quickly getting up from where I was lying down. I looked to the side. There I saw the nurses. I nudged one, but they didn't respond.

"Nurse?"

"I'm Robot x4670 and I'm here to take care of you. What is your name, lady?" His broken speech was creepy. I furrowed my brow as I watched him scan my entire body.

"Camael." I shook my head. Maybe I was just going crazy.

"Is there something wrong with my name?" I whispered, turning to the nurse.

I just stared at the nurse when Ponus suddenly came in. Following him was Raya and that jerk who had put me on the dragon for no reason.

"You have a phobia?" he asked, as if he really cared. I didn't answer him. I was annoyed by his presence. Every time I saw him, I wanted to punch him until he couldn't breathe.

"Phobia. The fear of heights. You should not let her go in high places." That was all he said before leaving us.

"Why should I have a phobia? What? I wasn't scared when Ponus carried me!" Ponus crawled up beside me and hugged me.

I looked at the jerk in front of me with his hands in his pockets and his legs crossed. He just stared at me, so I looked back at him.

Sharp eyes.

"And what else did you do here, you freak?" I raised my left eyebrow and stared at him intently. He glared at me, making me feel like I was about to start a war with him.

He smirked. He patted Raya on the shoulder. Raya immediately flew onto his broad shoulders. I gritted my teeth while staring at him, who was already grinning.

"That's just the beginning. You don't mess with Simon Montrearde." He walked away, but before he closed the door, he waved his hand.

"----- Oh wait! There's more." Damn you! Damn you! I cursed that man to death!

I just went to the bathroom. I stared at myself in the mirror. I didn't realize that I had been staring at myself for ten minutes until Ponus suddenly knocked on the door.

"Lady master? Are you there? Should I use my----"

"No! I'm here. Can you tell the nurse that I'm going out now, Ponus?"
