I woke up to the loud music coming from outside. When I looked over at the adjacent bed, Simon was missing. I put on my robe and peeked out the window.

I saw Simon holding a guitar. My eyes widened. I hurried to the balcony and saw him below with Janus and Caldrin.

Ronan was holding a bouquet of marigolds. Evanthine had chocolates in hand, and Camaeron was standing next to a life-sized teddy bear. Janus and Caldrin also had guitars, just like Simon.

I felt like a maiden from ancient times. This scene seemed to capture the essence of courtship from long ago.

I looked down while Simon gazed up at me.

He was smiling as he sang a song just for me.

I love how this man expresses his love for me.

I don't know if I could ever love another man as much as I love Simon Montrearde.
