Gabrielle’s POV

“Hey princess,” Zack said to me.

“Um, hey,” I said as I finally slid my skate off my foot and put it in my bag with the other one.

I was confused as to why Zack was talking to me since he usually only argues with Bella. I now realized that him talking to me could only mean one thing.

“Harry’s over there,” he pointed over to where Harry was standing, “Why aren’t you over there with him?”

“What?” Bella and I both said at the same time.

I knew why Bella said it, but I wasn’t sure why I said it since I already knew what he was talking about.

“Why would she be over where Harry is?” Bella asked, “He’s a jerk,”

“Haven’t even told your best friend, huh Goldie?” Zack taunted.

“Gabi, what is he talking about?” Bella turned from Zack to face me as she asked.

I just stayed silent, looking straight ahead; I couldn’t bring myself to say anything right now. I still couldn’t register that this was actually happening, that my secret of Harry and I being together was ripping at the seams, and that it was happening right now.

“Well it seems Gabrielle here doesn’t think he is a jerk, she seems to actually be quite fond of him,” Zack said, a smug smirk taking over his face as he told this new information to him and made it new to her now.

“Gabi, don’t just sit there, tell me what he is talking about,” Bella said to me, adding a slight demanding tone to her voice.

“Do you want to tell her Goldie, or shall I?” Zack asked me.

I didn’t want to choose either option, but I still couldn’t speak right now so it really didn’t matter.

“If you aren’t going to say anything then I guess I should tell her, you agree Adam?” he turned to the boy next to him.

“Strongly,” he smirked.

“Tell me what?” Bella asked, but I could tell she already had a slight idea of what was going on.

“It seems Miss Gabrielle here has been dating our fellow teammate Harry for quite some time now,” Zack said, finally putting the words out into the open after taunting me for the past few minutes.

“You what?” Bella said, obviously shocked, “Are you being serious?” she turned to ask the guys first before letting me give an answer that I probably wasn’t going to give.

“I’m completely serious, coach saw them together and they admitted that they were dating,” Zack told her,

“Don’t believe me go ask coach and he’ll tell you what he saw and what Harry and Gabrielle told him,” Zack added.

“So it was you two at the pizza place,” Bella said to me, it wasn’t the first thing I was expecting her to say when she found out, but thankfully it wasn’t one of the worse things I was expecting her to say to me or accuse me of.

“We’re just going to let you both talk through this,” Zack said, and him and Adam began to walk away.

Without thinking I shot up from my sitting position on the bleacher and walked over to Zack, he turned around to face me once he realized I was behind him, but before he could say anything, I grabbed his shoulders and pushed him back as hard as I could. He seemed a bit caught off guard at first and stumbled a bit after I pushed him, but he made a quick recover and walked back over to me.
