I met up with Kazama Chikage at the red light district but he told me that the place wasn't a very appropriate setting for us to formally talk to each other instead he led me to an inn and paid for a very expensive room
"I commend you for being dauntless for seeing me Kihara" he complimented
"I am not here to hear your compliments, I am here to acquire information about Yukimura Kodo" I told him
"Did I not tell you to bring along Yukimura?" he reminded
"Do not take me for a fool Kazama, why on earth would I bring Chizuru here?" I said in a matter of fact
"You amuse me, when you get riled up like that" he chuckled while I glared at him "Unfortunately I cannot say anything to you if you do not have something to trade with" I gritted my teeth
"Fine." I said standing up turning around to walk away
"Where are you going?" he questioned
"Leaving" I stated before he stopped me
"Wait" I halted my steps "Sit down" he ordered I raised a brow at him "I'll give you information" I gave a doubtful look at him "I also wanted to know something as well" I went back to where I sat and sat down yet again
"Give me information about Yukimura Kodo" I demanded
"Yukimura Kodo is planning to raise an army of those fake demons" he revealed "I have no idea where he is or what he is planning further because the Satsuma domain is keeping information about him from us, to my annoyance as well, I have no plans in keeping Yukimura Kodo alive so are those fake demons so if you are protecting the Shinsengumi-" I cut him off
"I have no means of protecting them Kazama, I did made a deal that if they can still retain there sanity then I would not kill them but if they do go berserk then I will be merciless" he smirked
"Sane or not you should have killed them Kihara, it's still the same either way" he told me while I shook my head
"They are driven by purpose Kazama-san, and they are also not entirely at fault for using the poison the shogun as well, I for one believe that Yukimura Kodo is at fault entirely since he knows all to well what that poison would do to humans and yet he still tried to experiment on it and dilute it, trying it on to those Ronin's that the Shinsengumi captured, if he would not have tampered with that poison showing it to the Shinsengumi on how to use it and if he really values our laws that was implanted long ago in inter-acting with the humans he would not have sided with those humans at the first place" he tilted his head giving a thoughtful look
"You have a point, Kihara, but those peasant's still used it nonetheless how can you say that they aren't to blame-" I cut him off once again
"I have stayed with the Shinsengumi and observed their actions, I do not believe that they are using the power of the poison for their own personal gain, they are using it to help their other kind and also to attain the power they want to achieve although I do not tolerate them using it they do not hold malice in doing so Kazama-san, that's why I made a deal to them that if they go berserk I will immediately kill them" I told him
"Hm...are you defending those peasants Kihara" I shook my head
"I am not defending them merely saying the truth Kazama-san" I said in a matter of fact "I have kept them under control for the past few months Kazama, and the reproduction of the poison already came to a halt, they are now researching how to suppress the blood-lust which in fact, they are failing" I said shrugging he huffed crossing his arms "what changed your mind in giving me the information I need?" I asked
"That demon who appeared at Nijo castle" I gave him a stern look "what does he want from you?" he asked
"I have no idea what he wants from me" I honestly said
"..." he closed his eyes thinking when he opened it his red orbs reflected my form
"I actually have a proposal for you Kazama-san" he hummed in response "I want to offer myself to be your consort in exchange for leaving Yukimura Chizuru be" he gave a low chuckle his chuckle turning into a full on out laughter, I just watched him having a stern look on my face
"I would love Shiranui to hear what you said right now, but unfortunately his busy helping the Chōshū at this moment" he said smiling at me

"I would have agreed to your offer Kihara, I would love to ravish you right here and now" my heart raced at the innuendo he said it also gave me goose-bumps "but since Shiranui and I came to a mutual agreement I cannot do as I wish to you and Amagiri is also a witness to the agreement so I cannot accept your very delicious offer" he gave a side way glance and slumped his shoulders
"T-Then if my offer is not acceptable, do you have something in mind so that I can keep Chizuru away from you?" I said to him
"Yukimura Chizuru was to be Clan head of the Yukimura Clan if it were not destroyed but she is still the clan head nonetheless, her value as a pureblooded female demon is very high, Kihara, that is why I want her to be mine" that is true though "why don't we make a deal Kihara" he suggested "bring me a pure blooded female demon that will catch my interest, she must be unique and valuable as well" I gave a raised brow at him, he is very specific about his preference "I would've gone for you but I cannot break the agreement Shiranui and I have..." he pauses then smirked "unless you bare my child right now and you tell Shiranui that you prefer me over him"
"Marriage comes first before that Kazama-san and I do not have any plans to disgrace the Kihara Clan" I told him "Thank you for the information, now if you will excuse me I have other matters to attend to" I said slightly bowing then exiting the room he paid for.
3rd Person POV
As Kihara Fuyumi returns back to the Shinsengumi HQ a figure seats quietly not far from where she is watching her every move, a sinister smile on his lips.
"Kihara Fuyumi, how you've grown into a wonderful young women..." he chuckles "or should I say vessel of power? I didn't think that the Fa Clan would produce a magnificent and elegant demon in this world aside from your mother...or should I say monster? Either way, I look forward in reclaiming you again"
The man in shinobi clothes reaches out at the form he is watching then grasping at nothing as if it was Kihara Fuyumi
"soon you will be mine again...but until now enjoy your freedom" a strong gust of wind blew when the wind died down the Shinobi was gone as well.
