Kirsten, Luke, and I had all settled down on the couch and began watching comedies eating takeout when we heard a knock on the door.

"I'll get it," Luke shrugged standing up to answer the door. I turned and gave Kirsten a small smile before turning my attention back to the tv. Luke returned a few minutes later.

"I forgot my key and I mom and dad went out for the night." Althea stood awkwardly holding me som scanning over my face to see if i had told Kirsten or not.

"Danny told me about Alex," Kirsten spoke up, clearing the air.

"And it's okay," she smiled warmly, instantly calming Althea down.

"I'm really sorry Kirsten....you know I would have told you if I could." Kirsten sighed and got up to give her a hug.

"It's okay, really. This situation is...." she looked over to see Luke still standing here.

"Messed up," she finished, laughing a little.

"You want some food, we saved some for you," I said while standing up.

"Yeah. I was too nervous to eat at the restaurant," Althea chuckled. I nodded and led her into the kitchen.

"Is Kirsten's really okay with all of this?" I sighed and started putting some food on a plate for her. When I glanced to look over a Althea, she was leaning against the counter, staring at the living room where Kirsten and Luke sat talking.

"She's not okay with it....am I even okay with it?" I asked shrugging.

"But she gets it, and that's what matters," I said.

"Yeah. She's amazing," Althea said in a tone that I didn't really understand. I turned and shot her a confused look but she just shrugged it off.

"Thanks for the food," she said taking the plate and giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Love you."

"Love you too," I smiled. Althea took the plate and took it to her room which was really weird. Normally we would sit about talk about our days.

"Where's Thea?" Luke asked, furrowing his eyebrows together, clearly concerned. Normally the four of us would always sit, it shouldn't be any different now that Kirsten was here, but apparently it was. I shouldn't over think it though.

"She's in her room," I answered, sitting down next to my girlfriend wrapping an arm around her shoulder.

"Oh," Luke mumbled.

"I'm gonna go see her, I haven't spoken to her in a while," he explained, getting up and coming over to where me and Kirsten were seated.

"Goodnight," he smiled and kissed me on the cheek, then Kirsten.

"Nanite Luke," Kirsten grinned and snuggled more into my shoulder.

"He's a good kid, you're doing a great job with him," Kirsten whispered once he had disappeared.

"He sure is," I agreed.

"I mean he's annoying like all other brothers, but he's a good kid," I laughed. Kirsten nodded and sat up to grab her phone. I turned my attention to the tv while she read through her phone. I didn't want her to think I was reading over her shoulder or anything.

"Ruthy's date went well," Kirsten said, handing me her phone, showing me their texts.

Ruffy: Hi babe, how's your night going?

Kirsty: Hiya R. My nights going good. I spent my first night with Danny and his brother without Althea being here How about you? Is Seth treating you well?
