We left Happy Days around an hour ago. Althea, Luke, Ozzy, and I all came back home.

"What's with the smile Kalakaua?" Just the voice I was thinking about. I looked up to see Althea standing there with a grin, leaning against the doorway and I shrugged.

"Everything's just going so smoothly. And the three of us honestly have you to thank for that," I admitted and she scoffed at me.

"You have yourselves to thank, I just saw how you worked and how much all of you wanted it," I smiled.

"That's why I told Parris. Danny you deserve this more than anyone I know, and that's my honest opinion!" I ram a hand through my hair and turned around so that she couldn't see me with my guard down. I wasn't going to cry or anything like that. I was just feeling.....overwhelmed.

"Dan..." Althea cooed, taking a few steps closer to me.

"Thank you again," I spoke.

"I mean it...for everything." I turned around to face her and her eyes welled up.

"Thea don't cry!" I frowned pulling her into me.

"It's just that I'm grateful for you to but-" I pulled away to wipe her tears.

"But what Althea?" I ask.

"Anesi and I's fight..." She begun.

"It was about you." Wow. I really didn't expect that. I stayed silent for a minute, trying to think of all the possibilities as to why they could have been arguing about me.

"Okay...." I approached hesitantly.

"What about me?" lets out a little cry and I can feel my heart breaking inside my chest.

"He keeps on accusing me of sleeping around with you, and now he's going around telling people that Ozzy's my son."

"What?" I asked in disbelief and Althea nodded weakly.

"I'm sorry Danny. We both know it's not true!" She cried. I wanted nothing more than to comfort her, but I lost it.

"I'm going to fucking kill him," I growled.

"How dare he! He's already tried to pull shit like this before and people actually believed him! I forgave him for you Althea and now look. He's wanting to do it again?" I yelled. Within seconds Luke was is the kitchen. I turned around, finding the nearest wall and began punching it as hard as I could. I hate this guy, but I didn't want to hurt him....Well actually I do, but I won't.

"Daniel!" Althea shouted. Luke was by my side in no time, holding my arms back as I tried to punch the wall again. I continued to struggle to get out of Luke's grip for a good five minutes before calming down.

"Does your hand hurt?" Althea asked, wiping her cheeks again before approaching me. I nodded, looking down to see my knuckles were swollen up.

"I think we should go to the hospital," she whispered, making my eyes widen.

"No The it's fine. Honest," I protest. She shakes her head, her eyes scanning over my knuckles. I sigh in submission and nod.

"Luke I'm going to take Danny to the hospital. Keep an eye on Oz?" Althea nodded as she grabbed both of our jackets. Luke stood for a moment.

"You don't want us to come with you?" I shook my head. I hated hospitals, but they shouldn't all have to come along because of my stupid decision.

"Nah it's fine, I'll drive him," Althea said as she slung her coat around her shoulders.

"Let's go," she said leading me out to the car. She got into the driver's seat and started the engine.

"I need to pick someone up on the way..." I looked at her and raised an eyebrow.

"Who?"

"Kirsten," she answered. I felt my cheeks heat up and I felt embarrassed.

"Really Thea? Now?" She winced.

"I'm sorry but we were gonna go for dinner with the girls!" She protested.

"I was going to pick her up on my way!" I groan and hide my face with my good hand.

"She'll find this quite funny!" Althea teased, attempting to lighten the mood. I gave her a glare and rolled my eyes. She chuckled and began driving. Once we were outside the house Althea and another girl hopped into the car.

"Hi The-Daniel?" Kirsten looked confused.

"Um... what are you doing here?" I turned around and gave her a little wave.

"I think that I've fractured my hand," I answered.

"Oh my god what happened! Are you okay?" She asked worriedly, leaning forward to check over my hand. I nodded, flashing her a small smile.

"What happened?" She asked, eyebrows furrowed. I looked over at Althea who shrugged before driving again.

"Uhm....nothing, it doesn't matter," I sighed. I saw Kirsten lean back against her seat.

"I-I just overreacted if I'm being perfectly honest." She nodded and stared out the window.

"I don't believe we've met," the girl spoke up. She was pretty, seriously, what's in the water around here.

"Daniel Kalakaua." I put my hand around the seat so that she could shake it.

"Oh I know who you are. Kirsten here just kept going on and on and on-"

"Jess!" Kirsten whined, hiding her face. I chuckled and nodded.

"It's a pleasure Jess," I said and she nodded.

"You too." We got to the hospital and Althea told me that she would take Jess and Kirsten to the restaurant while I was getting my hand checked out.

"No, it's fine," she quickly spoke up.

"I'll stay with him," she decided. I looked at her with a cocked head.

"Are you sure Kirsten? I don't want you to feel like you have to stay here with me," I said seriously. She shook her head at that and met my gaze.

"I'm staying." Althea and Jess exchanged a look before shrugging.

"Okay," Dinah shrugged as they both got back into the car.

"Text me," Althea winked before she drove off. I turned back to Kirsten and saw her standing there awkwardly.

"Thank you for staying with me," I smiled, she shrugged her shoulders.

"No big deal. Now let's go get that hand checked on." She grinned at me. I thought for a moment before holding my good hand out for her to take. She looked down at it before slowly slipping her hand into my own. I smiled at her and she smiled back with a blush on her face.

"What happened?" The doctor asked once we were in the room with him. I was still clutching onto Kirsten's hand. She had tried to let go but I didn't want to. I was scared of hospitals, they've always unnerved me.

"I punched a wall.....several times," I muttered. The doctor laughed before taking my hand into his and began to examine it.

"It looks okay, but we going to need to tape these two fingers," he explained pointing to my middle and pointer fingers. He then moved to his desk to grab the tape. I looked over at Kirsten, biting my bottom lip due to my nerves. She gave me an encouraging smile and squeezed my hand. With Kirsten here with me, I was okay.
