I panted heavily as Kirsten fell on top of my chest.
"Shhh," she cuddled into me.
"Sleepy," she giggled, which made me smile, and I felt my heart speed up.
"I love you," I told her.
"I love you too, silly," she leaned up and pecked my lips.
"I won't leave you again," she said, playing with my hair. I snuggled into her and sighed contently, smiling to myself as we both fell asleep in each other's arms.
"Baby." I stir as Kirsten purrs into my ear softly, running her hands up my back in random shapes. I shiver and open one eye to see her smiling at me with all the love. I smile back sleepily and let my eyes close again.
"Nuh-uh sleepy," she giggled, running her hand through my hair.
"You've got to be in the studio today, love." I frowned before feeling Kirsten peck my lips, which instantly turned my frown into a smile.
"I don't wanna go," I complained, moving so that my head was in the crook of her neck.
"Awwe," Kirsten cooed over me, humoring my childishness.
"If you want me to, I'll come with you," she said, running her hands down my back. I nodded against her, feeling myself drifting off again until she slapped mine playfully.
"Get up, Danny!" She laughed. I groaned and rolled to the side to put my boxers on.
"I'll make you some breakfast," Kirsten whispered in my ear before kissing just under it and leaving the room. I felt so happy with her. I quickly got changed and flinched when my phone started going off.
"Hello?" I asked, not even bothering to look at the number.
"Hey, bro." Ah, it was Luke.
"What's up?"
"Well, I haven't seen you in a while. I know you've got studio stuff today. Can we meet later?" He sounded like he missed me.
"Yeah, of course," I said, smiling to myself.
"Surprisingly, I've missed you," I laughed.
"Whatever, pick me up later, loser," he chuckled and hung up on me.
"Uhm, who was that? Was it Kendall?" Kirsten asked. She was stood by the door, her arms folded slightly and her head down.
"No, no, it was Luke," I smiled, walking up to her and kissing her forehead.
"Do you trust me?" I asked. Kirsten just shrugged, staying still in my embrace.
"I do trust you...I'm just....I just-" she seemed to get more frustrated as she couldn't find the words.
"Kirsten," I stopped her.
"Just say it."
"I'm scared that you'll realize how much better than me you deserve," she rushed out, her eyes finding the floor again. God..is that what she really thinks? We didn't say anything, I didn't know what to say.
