The darkness of night slowly crept upon the world. Neighborhoods becoming quiet, lights turning off. The nighttime insects started coming out, with their symphonies of noise. The house was loud, despite it being late.

"But Daddy, I want to sleep with Mommy!" Elizabeth screamed, crying, because she wanted to sleep with her mother. She was sitting on the floor, refusing to get up.

"You can't sleep with your mother, Elizabeth."

"Why?!" She screamed louder, everyone was upstairs, getting ready for bed.

"I don't need to reason with you. You can just sit there and throw a tantrum. I'm going to bed." William told his screaming daughter, and went upstairs. He quickly changed his clothes, not wanting to disturb Lea, who was probably awake due to Elizabeth. He slipped into bed, and lay on his back.

"And you think I need a therapist."

"You do. What she needs is discipline." She whispered back, which made him turn away from her and groan in annoyance.

"You banned me from disciplining children."

"For good reason." Elizabeth finally came upstairs, entered her room, and slammed the door. William sighed at the action. Eventually it was silent, which allowed everyone to sleep.

The morning was quiet, until a scream rang throughout the house.

"No! I don't want pancakes!" William dropped his head onto the counter. He was fed up with Elizabeth's tantrums.

"What do you want then?" He said through his teeth.

"Chocolate cake!"

"For the last time, we do not have, chocolate cake." He growled at his daughter, who continued to scream.

"Mommy would give me chocolate cake!"

"Well I'm not your mother." He was trying so hard not to have a complete freak out, which would end up making the situation worse.

"You're so mean! I want chocolate cake!" She was screaming at the top of her lungs while crying, which made it louder. Lea took Michael and Chris to go shopping, letting Elizabeth sleep in, which obviously wasn't a good idea.

"Daddy! I want chocolate cake, now!" She screeched, who was she to demand something? If he did that to his parents, he would've gotten beat, because they were very strict on manners.

"Elizabeth. You're not getting chocolate cake for breakfast. That's the end of it." He said sternly.

"Why?!" She squealed at him.

"How many times do I have to say it, Elizabeth?"

"I want chocolate cake!!" She was being so persistent, why did she want cake so much. William groaned, he was done with this. He dialed Lea's number, and called her.

"Good Morning!"

"It's not good."

"Why is Elizabeth screaming?"

"Because she wants chocolate cake for breakfast. Chocolate cake. She's been screaming for literally ten minutes."

"Just give it to her, that's what I do when they act up."

"And you tell me I give them no discipline! You can't just give them everything the ask for, Lea!" He was getting annoyed with everyone, he really should go visit his mother in England, she'll set them straight, or she'll spoil them and make it worse.

"Excuse me? I think you need to be disciplined!" She chuckled.

"I will literally kill you if you try to hit me." He said seriously, which made her laugh nervously.
