The next morning, Elizabeth ran into her parents room, rudely jumping on the bed waking them up.

"Is it fish time now mommy??" She squealed, waking Lea up and causing her to stretch.

"I did promise you a fish, didn't I?" Elizabeth enthusiastically nodded her head, jumping off the bed and running out of the room.

"Do you really have to go?" William groaned groggily, upset that she was leaving.

"I promised to get her a fish yesterday." She replied as she got out of bed. She quickly changed her clothes and got ready to leave.

"I'm coming."

"Alright, I'm going to get Michael and Chris." She left to go inform Michael and Chris, and make sure that they were getting ready.

When she came down the stairs, she noticed that Elizabeth was already dressed, and had her shoes and coat on. Lea smiled at her before getting hers on too. She waited for the boys to come down, which wasn't very long after.

Elizabeth ran out to the car, and threw the door open, not caring if it broke or not. William gave her a dirty look before getting in the car.

The car ride was loud, due to Elizabeth's excited shrieks in the back seat. Lea didn't know why she wanted a fish so bad. But it didn't matter, it would probably die in a few days anyway.

When they arrived at the pet store, Elizabeth was already out of the car before the car was even parked.

"Are you staying in here?" Lea asked, getting out of the car to follow Elizabeth. William nodded. Lea followed her child into the store, trying to match her pace.

Elizabeth ran through the store, looking for the fish. When she found them, she screamed and started tapping on all the glass.

"Liz I don't think the fish like that very much." Lea said, grabbing onto Elizabeth's hand.

"I want this one mommy!" She exclaimed, pointing at a white and blue fish. Luckily, they wouldn't have to buy a tank, because Elizabeth received one for Christmas.

Lea got an employee of the store to help get the fish Elizabeth wanted. The guy took the fish out and put it in a bag filled with water. He handed it to Lea, only because he could tell how poor mannered Elizabeth was.

She payed for the fish and left, walking back to the car with the fish in hand. She got in the car, waiting for Elizabeth to get situated.

"Can you hold this without dropping it?" Elizabeth violently nodded her head, stretching her arms out to grab the fish.

"Fishy!" Elizabeth screamed, making Michael groan.

They left the pet store, going on their way to possibly get something to eat. This, of course, depended on Elizabeth. She was known for misbehaving in any public situation.

Elizabeth looked curiously at the fish. She fiddled with the tie on the bag until it loosened up, giving her access to the fish. Michael watched he intently, but out of the corner of his eye.

She smelled the inside of the bag, and decided it was worthy of a taste test. So, she tipped the bag back and drank some water. She felt something go down her throat. She coughed and spilled the water everywhere, along with spitting out a half dead fish.

"What the hell Elizabeth?!" Michael yelled in disgust, rubbing his eyes. Lea looked into the back seat to see what was happening.

"Oh god." She mumbled in distress before turning her head back to the front.
