Ilang beses pa ako binalikan ni Ace sa kwarto para gisingin. Parang kakatulog ko lang kasi at bigla bigla ay gigisingin niya ako.

"What do you want, Ace?" Tanong ko sabay talukbong ng comforter.

Naramdaman ko ang paghiga niya sa kama at tumabi siya sa akin saka ako niyakap gamit ang kanyang mga kamay pati mga paa.

"Wake up na Ate. We will go have a final check on the condo that we're eyeing for before signing the agreement papers. Have you forgotten?"

Oh, shocks! Tinanggal ko ang comforter na nakatakip sa aking mukha at hinarap siya.

"That's today?!"

Tumango siya at dahan-dahang tumayo sa kama. Napansin kong nakabihis na siya ng pang-alis na damit.

"Kakadating mo lang ba galing Hacienda Hermosa?"

She nodded her head again and shut the door.

Mabilis akong tumayo at pumasok ng banyo para maligo. Pagkatapos ay sinuot ko ang plain black shirt ko and tucked it in a long fitted white skirt that can only be closed by the buttons on the right side. I left the rest of the buttons strategically undone except for the three at the top, exposing some more legs. Then slipped on my black flat slip-on sandals.

Si Serene ang nag-drive gamit ang kanyang red Audi to Westwinds, the name of the condominium building where we are planning to buy a unit.

The person from the management manager that we've talked to the first time that we've been here greeted us warmly.

"Hello! Welcome back. If you had forgotten, my name is Kiana."

Yeah, the name's Kiana. She's still wearing a very skimpy work clothes with her loose long black hair and that 5 inches heels of her. I wonder paano niya natatagalan 'yun ng maghapon.

Anyway, she's very professional naman so I don't have any complains.

Sinundan lang namin siya papasok ng elevator paakyat sa floor kung saan ang may available na unit that has 3 bedrooms.

"We have a few more units available that has 3 bedrooms, but this one that I'm going to show you girls has the best view and place amongst others." She said smiling while we are inside the elevator going up.

Nagtatanong ang mga kapatid ko kay Kiana tungkol sa unit at sa management ng building habang siya naman ay walang pagod na sumasagot at nag-eexplain ng nakangiti. Ako naman ay nakikinig lang sa usapan.

"Yes po. All the rooms has 3 king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms." Sabi niya habang binubuksan ang pintuan ng unit gamit ang key card.

"You can also use this digital door lock to enter kahit wala ng card." Turo niya sa smart digital lock sa may pituan.

Pinauna niya kaming pumasok at nilibot namin ang buong unit.

It's a fully furnished condominium that has a tiled flooring, white walls and celing. There is also a glass sliding door from the living room going to the balcony.

Sumilip ako roon at nakita na it's very spacious and it's very well shaded. Naisip ko na pwede namin itong i-renovate. I love balconies so I'll make this one into something more personal that we can lounge in here every day.

"Ate, what do you think? Ace and I like this unit already. Should we sign the papers na?" Serene asked.

Maganda naman. It's very roomy, hindi masikip at 3 ang bedroom which is our main concern. The neighborhood seems to be safe rin. Though it's expensive since it is in the high-end condominium building. Plus si Enzo ang may ari nito so, yeah.
