I never thought that I will be accepted to one of the prestigious Universities in United States of America. I have always thought that this is an impossible dream for me to have.

I got myself a full scholarship, because my term paper for short story got accepted by the University's Board of Directors. They were impressed of my work. And it's a dream come true.

This is already my third year studying abroad with a Mass Communication Degree. And the thing is? I never got home sicked! Which is actually good! Well, I'm not really that sociable type of person, but I was able to make a lot of friends on the first month. My roommate Jenny Adams is the first person I got along with, my talkative, happy-go-lucky, outgoing roommate. She drags me all around the University ground just to meet everyone. She's a certified Miss Congeniality. She knows everyone. And everyone likes her because of her personality. Although I'm outgoing myself, but my God, I'm not like that who exactly know who. She practically knows everyone! It's impossible for me to remember all of their names! But Jenny is different. She is like a walking google of Campus. She knows everything and anything that is going on. She's a social addict. She just couldn't get enough of herself just to get herself updated with everything. She's nosy in a nice way and you'll never feel offended. And that's the good thing about her. That is why she's my best friend. A dependable one too. She can keep secrets and everything. She's also a part of the University's media club. Which is very suitable for her by the way.

I'm a bit sociable, if I feel like it. When I'm not with Jenny, I usually roam around in the University grounds most of the time.

I like the weather this time of the year. Spring time. Spring Break is almost near and everyone is dying to go to the spring break festival. Well, we don't have that back in my home country. We only two seasons there. Summer and rainy seasons...

It's my first time to celebrate the spring break festival. The last two years, I went back to my country for vacation. And this year, the University's Media Club insisted that I must cover the Spring Break Festival for the University's media club. And Jenny and me are part of the Spring Break Festival Committee. And I'm currently here in the cafeteria waiting for her with the rest of the committee for the arrangement and everything. And Jenny is the only one running late due to other media club activities. She'll be covering the events and I as the representative of the University's School media club, will be covering the ongoings of the event with my partner Kyle Jennings, Jenny's cousin. He'll be covering the video coverage for the event along with as his stand-in reporter.

Jenny arrived after 15 minutes of waiting.

"Jenny's here!" says Aurora Clemming, the long blonde girl next to Kyle.

Aurora's already starving. Well, can't say anything about that beacause she always is. You can see that in her figure. Well in a good way anyway. She's chubby. But hey! With her looks she can be a plus size model. The curves are on the right places. That's what I admire about her. These three people are the ones closest to me.

"I'm so sorry guys! That's not gonna happen again, ever!" Jenny said as she gasp for air for relief.

"Nah! Your good 'cuz." Kyle said as he glanced to me asking for support.

"Yeah, you're here so it's okay." I said.

"So here are the event scopes that we're going to do. I've already given you these scopes on your email last night. And you've all agreed to it on your email, now all we need to do are to apply the finishing touches to it. And that's Joy's responsibility now and Kyle's. You got that covered right?" Jenny asked to me and Kyle and we both answered yes to her.
