I am single. Ross is single. We aren't actually anything yet...and I don't know if we will be. I mean of course we are pretty much a couple now, we aren't official. So therefore, we are both single.

Who else is single? Jenna, Cory, Marie, and finally Josh. Leah and Alex are still together, which is actually pretty cute.

Ross and I have called each other at least once everyday. Usually two times a day, which I was fine with. We hadn't talked much during the period of time when we were dating other people. So we actually had a lot to catch up on.

R5 had written more songs, their tour had gone great. More people at every show, which is what they aim for. They performed at an arena, sold out. That's crazy. They amaze me, he amazes me. How they get up on a stage every night and sing their hearts out...it's nuts.

I was hanging out with Jenna today, at my house. We were just laughing and having some fun. Nothing to do so we turned on a movie, but eventually just went upstairs to my room. She was walking around looking at all of my things.

"Blair, you have so much jewelry and you never wear it." She said picking through a box on my dresser. It was a music boxy grandmother had gotten me, it was all painted with flowers and gold trim. Filled to the top with my rings and necklaces.

"I wear it.." I said, trying to prove her wrong. She looked at me and rose an eyebrow.

"Can I have some?"

"No! They are mine, I bought them." I said back.

"How bout borrow? May I borrow some." She said looking at me with a pouty face. The pouty face didn't make me say yes, it was the endless nagging that I would get if I didn't let her that made me say yes.

She dig through it laying every piece on the floor. Holding up each one, then looking at me for permission. I shook my head for most of them, I didn't trust her with anything too expensive. I looked away for a second, then back I watched her take out a silver necklace that I had forgotten about.

"Wait give me that one." I said.

Jenna gave me a look, then handed it to me. It was the one that Ross had given me on our one week anniversary in Hermosa. I haven't worn it since I came back, and it must have gotten buried in my stuff.

The silver chain, with the letters B and R placed carefully next to each other. I sat there looking at it.

"Blair..?" Jenna said slowly, snapping her fingers to capture my attention.

"Yeah?" I said, my eyes still locked on the chain of silver I held in my hands, remembering the moment when I had first seen it.

"What ya got there..?" Jenna spoke to me slowly, as if I had forgotten all of the English language.

"Necklace." I responded.

"Ok, I see that. But why are you staring at it." She said confused by me.

I finally looked up at her. "It's from Ross."

"When did you get that?" She asked moving closer to me to examine it. I had never shown it to her before, nor did I really spoke of it.

"In Hermosa." I answered.

"I didn't know he got you that! Why didn't you tell me?" She stated her question.

"Well, I never felt like it." I told her, getting up and bringing the necklace with me.

"Never felt like it? Blair, you gotta tell me every detail between you and him." She said.

I laughed, "Why? It's my relationship, it's filed under the personal tab in my life binder."

"Because I'm your best friend, and you should." She paused. "And I thoroughly enjoy your love life." We both laughed.

"Okay, well I will tell you more from now on." I said.

"Good, I need to know." She stated.

I looked around my room for a better place to put the necklace. Eventually laying it down next to my lamp on my bed stand. Now I would be able to see it more often, including every morning when I wake.

I nodded my head in approval, then walked back to sit down with Jenna again. I was just seated when I heard the doorbell ring. "Really?" I said then getting up again. Jenna followed me, for no reason. She probably didn't want to be alone in my room.

I ran down the stairs to the front door. Sliding on the wood floors in my warm socks. Then eventually twisting the door knob open, being surprised who it was.

"Josh." I said.

"Josh?" Jenna repeated.

"Hey.." He said, probably wondering why Jenna and I were staring at him like he wasn't human or something.

"What..what are you doing here?" I asked, leaning against the door frame and fixing my hair.

"I just wanted to talk to you for a second." He said looking at me.

"Alright, go ahead." I said, waiting for him to speak. He was looking at me, then Jenna, and then back at me again.

"Can, uh.." He said pointing at Jenna.

"Oh, um, yeah." Jenna said then pretended to walk away, when in reality she was just behind the door- but Josh couldn't tell that. She looked at me raising her eyebrows, seeming to say 'what is he doing here?' I glanced back, shooting her a look of 'I have no idea.'

"Alright, continue." I said.

"Ok, so I know we aren't together anymore." He said, I nodded because I didn't really have anything to say. "But I bought this a while ago, and I was going to give it to you for Christmas...but..yeah." He said, grabbing a box out of his back pocket. "Anyways," he started, then handed it to me. "Here." I grabbed it, then looked up at him. "Bye." He said then walked away. I watched him leave, then backed up into my house, studying the box.

I stepped back and shut the door, revealing Jenna again.

"What is it?" She asked, not able to wait.

"I don't know yet." I said.

"Well open it." She said pointing at it.

"I will, chill Jenna." I folded up the lid, looking at what was inside.

"Oh my god..." I said admiring the contents of the box.
