I shoved everything in my locker, except for my phone and lunch money. I made my way down to the cafeteria, looking around trying to figure out where my friends were sitting. The first day of school lunch was always impossible, this basically determines your seat for the rest of the year. I went through the lunch line, grabbing a tray of random food. I walked over to my friends sitting at a table. Of course Jenna was there, along with my friends Alex, and Leah. I had been talking to Jenna all summer, but Alex and Leah were the friends who you only talk to every once in a while. They had been a few of the people that had texted me after the world found out Ross and I were a thing, so I knew they knew about us.

"Hey guys!" I said, extremely excited to talk to people who wouldn't be annoying. I sat down next to Jenna, the table fit about eight people and so far our table was empty.

"Blair!" Leah shouted.

"Hey!" Alex said.

"Hey guys, what's going on? How were your summers?" I asked laughing a bit.

They both replied with the common "Good." Then our friend Josh sat down at the table.

How to describe my friends? Well Jenna, you already know about her. Leah, pretty calm and go with the flow. Probably the smartest person out of all of us, a hard worker in school. She had really long dark hair, and was kind of tall. Alex, was always trying to crack jokes. He was average height with short dirty blond hair - and honestly these gorgeous green eyes. Then comes Josh. He looked like a bad boy...dark hair swooped to the side, dark blue eyes. He was smart, but tried not to show it. He was also really sweet, and not what he looked like. He lived a little down the street from me and Jenna. I had a crush on him almost all highschool and people always wanted us to be a couple. We always rejected it, we are too close of friends. I mean, we wouldn't be a couple now that I was with Ross, but there was definitely always something between the two of us.

Josh looked at me and asked me the question that everyone wanted to know. "So are you really with that guy..?" He almost sounded jealous...

"Well," I giggled a bit and everyone just kinda looked at me. Jenna, obviously, already knew the whole story. "Yeah, I am with that guy."

"That guy is Ross Lynch." Jenna added, me giving her a sarcastic look.

"I know who it is." Josh said. "How did that even happen?"

"She met him on the beach, and they hit it off from there! Yay!" Jenna said excitedly. I looked back at her again. "What? Just summing it up for yah!" I laughed at her.

"Woah, woah, woah." Leah said with her hands waving a bit.

"Yeah? How did this happen..?" Alex said confused.

"Jenna just told you! I met him on the beach!!" I looked around at everyone at the table.

"Okay..then after that?" Said Leah.

"We went on a date-" I continued.

"Ooh!! A date!" Alex said in a girly voice, making all of us laugh.

"Shut up!" I said laughing at him. "It went really well! Now were a thing! That's all I'm gonna say!" I said getting up to throw my lunch out, Leah following me.

We were out of hearing range from the table when she talked to me. "Josh really liked you."

"I figured."

"A lot! Blair, he liked you a lot!" She laughed a bit.

"I know...I can tell! But, what am I supposed to do? I have a boyfriend now."

"Just...go light on him." She said as we arrived back at the table.

We sat be pack down and I looked around. "Let's talk about your summers!" Then the bell rang. "Tomorrow!" We all laughed and got up to go to our lockers. Josh and I walked together, considering our lockers were close together.

"Hey what do you have next?" He said from a distance as we got our backpacks out of our lockers.

"English." I looked at my schedule.

"English? Cool, same!" He said and we walked back over to eachother.

"Awesome!" We started walking towards the English room, silently.

He stopped walking. "Look, that celebrity dude your with-"

"Ross." I added in.

"Whatever, you're sure he isn't just gonna dump you?"

"Yeah. Josh, why are you so concerned about this?"

"Because, Blair, I care about you. I don't want some idiot to just blow you off."

"Well, thank you. But I will be fine, whatever happens. And don't call him an idiot."

"What are you doing tonight?" He asked...which was kind of out of no where.

"Nothing, but my dad is coming home. Not till later though."

"Why don't you come hang out tonight?"

"Sure, why not." I said, even though I knew this could potentially be dangerous in my friendship life. The day continued, nothing really happened, and I went home. Then eventually made my way down to Josh's house.
