"Eyes never lie"
Tiffany sighed in exasperation. She was sitting inside a friend's restaurant waiting for her boyfriend to come. She went out earlier than theyve planned since she cannot stand being in the same room as Taeyeon who obviously trying to avoid her and also, she got fed up with the members talking about how nice and cute and etc Jan is. Jan here, Jan there, Jan everywhere. She's getting so annoyed hearing the name since she woke up and she doesnt want to hear more about the girl Taeyeon's dating with, so even if its only 7 in the morning she dragged her still-sleepy ass out of their dorm and had disturbed her still-sleeping boyfriend to meet up.
It was supposed to be a peaceful breakfast for her, nothing about Jan or Taeyeon and only her and her boyfriend. It was supposed to be but it just happened that the guy sitting next to him kept on shoving to her face his phone with Jan and Taeyeon's instagram accounts.
"Heechul, please. Im done with all this back in the dorm,so can you please stop that?" She finally said, since she came in the restaurant her senior had been bugging her about the two persons she had tried to run away from, Jan and Taeyeon.
"Wait what? So you know about this girl who's shipping herself with Taeyeon? So youve seen all this too?" Heechul pulled his phone away from Tiffany's face and swiped it again and again, still not believing what he was seeing in Taeyeon's account. A couple of pictures that both Jan and Taeyeon had like with JanTae hastags, plus sones commenting about how Jan looks so good with Taeyeon, how cute they are together and so on.
Being closest to Taeyeon, Heechul looks out for her as a younger sister. He knows everyone who likes Taeyeon and he's always the one who do the screening for Taeyeon's boyfriend applicants which no one passed, not even one did. He's just too picky, Taeyeon once pointed it out. So thats why Taeyeon had never gone out with anyone even after her member's did. But ofcourse, Heechul knows the real reason.. HE knows Taeyeon is gay. She had admitted it to him, herself.
"So Taeyeon approve this ship huh?" Tiffany glared at the guy. As if it was the most stupid question she's been asked to.
"You didnt know?"
"I didnt know what?"
"Tae and that girl youve been saying cute for like an hour now is together." Heechul let out laughs that had caught some of the customer's attention. Good thing they were both well-covered with hats and scarf.
He fell silent when Tiffany didnt say anything. "You mean together together? Together as in girlfriend-girlfriend? As in lovers?"
Tiffany glared at him again. "Heechul, what in together that Ive said did you not understand?"
"Wow, grumpy much Tiff? But woah really? She didnt said anything to me though. So that must be why this girl said in her Ask.fm that JanTae is real. hmmmm.. Interesting."
"What?" Tiffany blurted out, pulling the phone from Heechul's hands. "Seriously? This girl just wants to ride along Tae's popularity.. Argghh." Tiff exclaimed obviously more annoyed than ever seeing how Jan was telling everyone that their ship is real.
"But since she's so cute and she likes Taeyeon so much.. I approve." Tiffany slammed the table as she stood up.
"God, I cant take this anymore. Why is everyone approving her for my.." She paused for a while. She wanted to say Taeyeon's name but seeing how all attention was now on hers, she said, "my bestfriend." She motioned Heechul to stand up so she can scoot out of the table.
"Hey baby, where are you going?"
"Home. You think waiting for you for an hour is funny? Go eat breakfast yourself. Ive lost my appetite." Tiffany walked passed her boyfriend who's just as confused as Heechul who stared at Tiffany's retreating back.
