"Its okay to be scared sometimes."
Tiffany and Sunny can hear the laughter busting inside their dorm. "Their having a party without us." The smaller figure said with a pout crossing her arms with the bag of what they bought from the supermarket earlier in her hand.
"I guess everyone decided not to go for the weekend, better, we can have a pajama party tonight."
"Dont we always do that Tiffany?" Sunny asked, her eyebrows squeezing in her nosebridge.
"But its been long since its us 9." Sunny nodded, remembering the last time they had a pajama party that nine of them were all present. "Manager Unnie will get mad at us again." Then Tiffany laughed, also remembering the same event that happened that made their Manager Unnie furious. "We were kids back then Sunny, alcohol and us wasnt a good combination."
"Is there any difference now? And besides were all legal now, Manager Unnie can also come and join us if she wants." Tiffany nodded. "Yeah youre right, us and alcohol had never been a good combination since then and until now."
"Call Manager Unnie, tell her to bring some alcohol, Im sure she wouldnt mind bringing this time." Tiffany nodded and handed the bag to Sunny and stayed outside to make her call.
Once done conversing with their manager, Tiffany went inside and found out the source of the laughter, the rest of the Girl's Generation is watching some comedy with Hyo, Yuri, Sooyoung and Yoona all tackling on the floor and Seohyun asking them to stop, Jessica lying comfortably on her Taeyeon's lap. Their eyes met for a split second but Taeyeon looked away and Tiffany wonders hows a simple gesture like that hurt so much. She had been receiving glances and second-eye-contacts for months now and she should have gotten used to it already but she's still not immune, her head and her heart cant still wrap around the idea that its all she'll get from Taeyeon and it seems that it wont change anytime soon or if it'll ever change.
Tiffany took heavy steps to the kitchen and sighed, something Sunny didnt fail to notice. "Manager Unnie said no?" She shook her head and grabbed the ice cream tub that Sunny was about to put in the cups that she'll offer to the girls in the living room. "Hey, thats chocolate." She said, pointing at Tiffany with her spoon ladle.
"They said that chocolate makes people happy, I dont believe thats true."
"Thats because you prefer strawberry which is pink obviously." Sunny rolled her eyes, knowing how obsessed she is with the color that even with food, she'd prefer it pink.
"Not always." She whispered. Not always. Cause sometimes or most of the time, she prefers Taeyeon than Nichkhun.
Tiffany took a spoon and Sunny offered her a cup to put her ice cream on it. Once done, with very cups filled with the cold delight, the duo went out to the living room with Sunny handing out the ice creams and Tiffany looking for a spot to take her seat. There was a small space next to Taeyeon but Tiffany doubted if their kid leader would let her seat or Taeyeon would excuse herself which she always does for the last past months everytime she gets near her.
"Guys, Manager Unnie is coming with drinks later." Sunny informed. "Pyjama party."
"Unnies, you know alcohol is bad for your health. Cant we atleast do the party without it?" Soehyun immediately made her commentary.
"Come on Seo, its not everyday we get to spend a weekend together. Its been like ages since the last time we did this." Sooyoung said.
"Thats because you and Yoona over here is so busy with Mr. Lee and Mr. Jung." Yuri said teasingly.
