"Oh my god. Its Donghae." Taeyeon looked where Jan's eyes were currently fixated. They had stopped in the middle of the hallways when her girlfriend suddenly stopped on her tracks and she had to stop to ask what wrong's when Jan said that.
"Ohh yeah, I forgot to tell you that he and Eunhyuk were staying at the same hotel as we are.
"Ohh my god, he's heading this way." Jan said. Taeyeon knew that her girlfriend likes Donghae of the Super Junior's group but she doesnt know how much and now she thinks she's going to find out soon enough.
"Relax, its just him." She said as she took her hand and meet Donghae halfway.
"Taeyeon-ah." He greeted, enveloping her into a tight hug."Where are the rest of the girls?"
"They went back to Korea already."
"And you stayed? Alone?"
"No, Im not, Im with someone."
Taeyeon and Donghae looked at Jan who was fidgeting on her spot, unable to say anything, she just smiled. "Hae, this is Jan. Jan, you already know Hae so no need for introductions. Jan is my.."
"Im her friend." Jan said as she took Donghae's hand which he offered for a shake hands.
Jan didnt noticed the frown in Taeyeon's face and also how her brows twitched when their hands didnt let go for sometime. "So you two want to join us for lunch?"
"No thanks, were heading out anyways." Taeyeon said as she took Jan's hand off Donghae's hold. "And we're kind of in a hurry."
"But I thought we're just going to eat here?"
"Change of plans." Taeyeon said as she pulled Jan along and started walking towards the elevator.
"Youre jealous, arent you?" Jan asked once they were inside the lift.
"Says who?"
"Tae.. Your eyes doesnt know how to lie." Jan said and smiled, one that never failed to make Taeyeon's heart leap with Joy and at that moment, she just wants to kiss her girlfriend so much, if only the lift didnt open and they were joined by some of the hotel's residents. So se decided to leave it for later and also to clear out to the girl that she's not jealous.
Nope, she's definitely not jealous.
Meanwhile, thousands of meter's above the ground, Tiffany sat inside the plane with a heavy and hurting heart.
Yuri can only offer her a pat on the back and a smile. She's the only one who knows the truth about Tiffany's feeling towards Taeyeon, while her girlfriend, Jessica, knew about Taeyeon's. They promised not to meddle with things others have confided with each of them, not only to cause any misunderstanding between them and as well as not to break anyone's trust.
Two hour before their flight, she went to Taeyeon's room to check on her if their leader was already set with her luggage and she's going to offer her help if she hasnt. And so thinking that Taeyeon might still be asleep after her late rendezvous last night, Tiffany asked their manager unnie's card key who was currently busy helping Seohyun with her things. And being busy, the manager Unnie had let her take the key.
And Tiffany wished she didnt, cause as she stepped towards the bedroom that Taeyeon occupies, she found her beloved bestfriend deeply asleep and in her arms was the girl she had picked up from the airport last night. Afraid to be seen with tears in her eyes,she stormed out of the room as quietly as she could and found comfort in Yuri's arms who followed her, knowing what Tiffany might saw inside the room but she was already too late.
"They came home drunk last night and Taeyeon insisted for Jan to sleep here with her. Manager Unnie forgot to tell you that Taeyeon decided to stay for two days more." Yuri said softly, trying so hard not to hurt Tiffanys more as she already is.
But all Tiffany heard was 'sleep with her' and that was enough to break her heart into a thousand pieces more.
"I swear I am not."
"Well then tell me why we needed to get away from him so fast? Why we didnt joined him for lunch huh? And why youre all silent now?" Jan was teasing Taeyeon since they arrived at the nearest restaurant. Taeyeon thanked her cap and her mask that hid her red face, she doesnt really know why was she all blushing,maybe because she's bein teased or maybe what her girlfriend said was true.. that she's indeed jealous. But ow is that possible? She had never been jealous in her entire life, well except when it comes to Tiffany but other than her, Taeyeon had never once been jealous of, so how come its happening now?
"First, Im really hungry. Second, I dont want to dine with Eunhyuk, he's annoyingly annoying. And third, youre just being talkative that I became so quiet to you." Taeyeon had internally praised herself for havin a smart answers.
"How can someone be annoyingly annoying?"
"Well you should know, youre being one right now."
"Why cant you just admit that your jealous?"
"Cause Im not."
"You are."
"Im not."
"Youre cute."
"I know."
"Youre conceited."
"Im not. Okay, maybe a little."
They didnt stopped teasing each other till Jan said "I love you." Taeyeon fell silent, she was taken aback by the sudden words that left the younger girl's lips. It wasnt the first time she said it, but Taeyeon knew not to say anything back, not till she's one hundred percent sure of her feelings towards Jan. She may have wanted to say it the first time Jan confessed but it was out of pleasing the girl and for the sake of saying it but now..
"I was just teasing Tae."
"You dont make those things a joke Jan." The seriousness was evident on their voices and Jan knew she did something bad to make Taeyeon mad if not, upset.
"Im sorry."
Taeyeon reached for Jan's hands and squeezed it. "I should be the one saying sorry. Its just that, I dont want you saying those words and Im like I cant say anything back, its not that I dont love you, cause believe me the days we've been spending together wasnt just nothing Jan, Im just.. Im not there yet, but Im getting there.. slowly but surely.. Do you get me? Ohh god, Im such a mess, I cant even explain myself properly."
"No Tae, I know what you meant.." Jan squeezed back and stared at Taeyeon's eyes, boring a hole in there that Taeyeon felt like she was getting lost in her girlfriend's loving gaze "And trust me, I can wait till you say it yourself. Just let me tell you those three words, it doesnt matter if you dont say it back, just a smile will do."
