I walked into John's room and set her down on the bed. "You're staying up here. Got it?"
"Fine!" She pouted.
"Good."
"Pegs, come on! Why can't she just come with me?" Thomas said from the doorway.
"Back off, dick! And don't call me that!"
"I'll call you whatever I want."
"No you won't."
"Chill, Pegs." Eliza said.
"You shouldn't be talking, Liza!"
"Damn! Calm down you little fetus." Thomas laughed.
"I'm not a fetus! I'm 14!"
"And I'm 23. I won't take your 14 year old drama."
"But you'll take Sally's?"
"What?"
"Sally's 14. You know that, right?"
"Uh yeah. Obviously."
"Definitely." Alex laughed.
"Oh shut up, Hamilton!"
"Oh no; don't bring me into this!"
"I'll do what I want."
"Can you please leave? You ruined my friend, and I need to fix her. Bye!" I said rolling my eyes.
"No."
"You will leave right now, Thomas." Maria said staring at him.
"Whatever." He said as he walked away.
"Thanks, sweetheart." I smiled.
"No problem, babes."
"Aw." John said smiling.
"Shut up, and come with me." I dragged him down to the kitchen.
"What's up?"
"We need milk."
"Well we don't have any; I finished it." He started laughing.
"Okay, Kinky, this isn't a time to make references! We need milk!"
"First of all, it's always time to make references. And second of all, why do you need milk so badly?"
I sighed. "Why does Connor finish the milk?"
"I don't know. Because he likes milk?"
