After five and a half hours, it was finally 1. Sally was here.
I ran down the stairs. "Sally!"
"Peggy!"
"I'm so sorry for flipping out at you yesterday."
"And I'm sorry for not believing you."
"Let's go get ready."
We ran up the steps. I opened Angie and Eliza's bedroom door.
"I am picking out your outfits now. Angie, your first." I sat next to her. "Any particular style or requests?"
"No. Just make me look hot." She laughed.
I walked to the closet. I found a tight-fitted long sleeved pink dress and white flats. "Put this on. I'll do your hair and makeup later. Liza, you're up. Anything special?"
"Don't do anything with my hair, and don't put any makeup on my face!"
"Alright. I can live with that."
Jeans and a light blue crop top with my white Converse. "Here you go! Last but not least, Sally."
"You can do anything."
Blue was definitely her color. I found a light blue open-back shirt. I went into my room and grabbed my denim skirt and black high-top Converse. "And this is for you."
When Angie and Sally came back, I did their hair and makeup. For Angelica, I went with some simple winged liner, mascara, highlighter, and light pink lipstick with her hair pulled back into a low ponytail. For Sally, natural eyeshadow, mascara, and a little blush with her hair put into two french braids.
2 hours later, I fell back onto Eliza's bed. "And you guys are done!"
"Wow! Thanks, baby sis!" Angie said hugging me.
"Now, do you guys want to help me get ready?" I asked sitting up.
They all looked at each other and smiled. They ran into my room and came back with half of my closest. Oh dear god. Then they fucking blindfolded me. I sat there waiting. Then I heard giggling. There was no way in hell this was going to end well.
I sat there for an hour while they changed my clothes and pulled on my hair.
"We are going to take the blindfold off, but keep your eyes shut. We need to do your makeup." Eliza said before taking it off.
I felt the brushes, the eyeliner, and the lipstick on my face. Then finally it stopped.
"Peggy Schuyler, you're ready." Sally said.
I opened my eyes and stood up. I was wearing a yellow short sleeved off-the-shoulder top, high waisted Jean shorts, fish nets, and yellow high-top Converse. I had bold winged liner, highlighter, and bright red lipstick on. But most importantly my hair was straight! They straightened my hair!
"Wow."
"Don't you look like Maria?" Eliza asked giggling.
"Did you do this on purpose?"
"Maybe." Angelica said suspiciously.
Sally's phone lit up with a notification; Maria texted a group chat. I grabbed Sally's phone and opened the group chat.
