Friday:
I was so excited for tonight. Finally, a party where I didn't have to help people get ready! Maria said she had a suprise for me. Well two I guess. Even more excitement! I guess Angie was in on it because she had to drive Maria to wherever she needed to go.
"Peggy!" I heard Mar call as she ran up the steps. My door flung open, and she held something behind her back.
"What's the suprise?" I asked running up to her.
"Here." She handed me a cherry slushie.
"My favorite!" I said immediately taking a sip. "How'd you know?"
"Angelica and Eliza."
"Of course." I said taking another sip. "Do you want some?"
"No, I have my own." She took her hand our from behind her back.
"Your cast!" Her cast was off!
"Now I can hug you properly." She said setting down her slushie before hugging me. "And drive you places."
I kissed her cheek. "So what flavor did you get?"
"One second." She took a sip and stuck out her tongue.
"Blue Raspberry?"
"Mhm."
"Well we should probably start to get ready." I walked to my closet and grabbed our costumes. "Here you go, Jason Dean."
"Why thank you, Veronica Sawyer." She winked at me before taking her costume.
We both put on our costumes then looked at each other.
"You know, you don't look too bad in blue." Maria said smiling at me.
"And you don't look too bad in a trench coat." Who was I kidding? She'd look hot in anything!
Maria walked closer to me. "You are the only things that's right about this broken world."
"Our love is God." And then we started making out. Haha.
Fan-freaking-tastic. After a while, I pulled away. "Maria, come on. We should finish getting ready."
"Yeah you're right."
Once we were finished getting ready, we went down stairs.
"Aw! Meggy!" Lia said as she saw us walk down.
"You guys look beautiful!" Eliza smiled.
"Thanks." I said sitting next to them.
"You guys look amazing too." Maria said.
"Your tongue doesnt look very red." Eliza said to me.
"And why isn't yours blue?" Angelica asked pointing to Maria.
We looked to each other nervously. Maria quickly looked to my sisters. "Uh. I can explain."
"We're waiting." Angie said.
