Alicia's POV
After the nurse left for the tenth time today I texted Tyler and Idget in a group chat.

Me:
Hey guys, since its snowing so much you probably should stay home. Roads could be dangerous.Idget:
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.Tyler:
Are you sure? You must be bored and lonely. I was gonna bring some games.Me:
Awe... As tempting as that sounds, I'd rather you two be safe and warm.Tyler:
Alright, Alicia, when are you being released?Me:
Doc says by Monday. So don't worry I'll be home soon.Idget:
That's two more days! Why is it taking so long?Tyler:
Yeah, that's crazy. You must be going out of your mind with boredom.Me:
Trust me, I am. Doc says I need to finish the antibiotics and kick this fevers ass before I can go.Idget:
Oh.Tyler:
Well, kick some ass then. If roads are clear I'll stop by tomorrow.Me:
Okay, drive safe getting home from work. *hugs*Tyler:
Will do! Get better soon! *hugs*Idget:
Can I bring you anything?Me:
Thanks for thinking of me Idget but I'll be out of here in no time.Idget:
Okay then. Get some rest. Ttfn!-----------------------------------------------------------
When I finished closing the chat bubble I texted mom and dad in a group chat.

Me:
The weather is bad. Go straight home you two. I am fine. I love you guys.-----------------------------------------------------------
I turned the tv back on and found Ms. Doubtfire playing. I settled into bed and watched for a while. There was a quiet knock at my door.
"Come in," I called out.
I was surprised to see Luke slowly enter my room. My heart began racing and I held my breath.
His face fell when his eyes met mine. He looked so sad. He stood near the door for a moment. He looked afraid to come near me. I stood from the bed and walked over to him."What's the matter, Luke? Is someone dying? Cheer up. I'm okay." I tried soothing him.
He stood there a moment motionless before he wrapped his arms around me and nuzzled his nose in the crook of my neck. He held on to me for dear life.
