I arrived back and I seen Mason deep into a game of fortnite, causing a giggle to escape my lips startling him and making him quickly turn around and drop his headset. I broke out into a fit of laughter as he stared up at me with a flustered look against his light red face.
"Uhh... when did you get home?" He attempted to sit up properly but fell back down with his hands slipping on the tile.
"Just now. So should we start packing?" I attempted to change the subject to save Mase from the embarrassment. He continued to seem dazed whilst staring down at my feet. "Earth to Mason?" I waved a hand towards his face and he laughed in response.
"Yeah I'll pack a bit later, they aren't moving in quite yet, but soon." He nodded in my direction and got up finally.
