The room was flooded with a bunch of people and the was music blasting, this wasn't a normal reunion, this was more of a party. But I was glad, I kind of needed some fun in my life

—There she is -Chris says when he looked at me, two persons were behind him, looking at me- this is my girlfriend, Gabriela -I smile at the couple and extend my hand for a shake-

—Nice to meet you

—Gabbie, they're old friends. This is Brandon and her girlfriend, Susan. Brandon and I met back in school -he explains- we've been friends since then

—After all this time? -I ask- That's awesome!

—It is -Susan speaks- I think the same, and I'm thankful Chris finally introduced us a girlfriend, I really needed you when they hangout together -she jokes and I laugh-

—Guess I'm your savior -I joke too-

Brandon and Chris were just laughing

—She's definitely your type, dude -Brandon jokes-

—I know, right?

—So Gabbie, tell me -Susan asks- how long you've been together?

—Oh, not too much -I move my hands- less than a month I think -I turn to see Chris and he nods-

—I've liked her since I met her but I got the courage to ask her to be my girlfriend on Christmas -he tells his friends-

—Bet you were a nervous wreck -Brandon laughs-

—What about you, guys? How long you've been together? -I ask them-

—Well... Long enough to get married, move in together and have a daughter -Brandon jokes-

—Oh you have a little girl? -I ask-

—Yeah -Susan says taking his phone out- this his her -she shows me pictures of the little girl- she's turning 3 next month

—She's so cute -I say- she looks a lot like you -I tell Susan-

—Thank God she does, because I'm a mess -Brandon says making us laugh-

—Is she calm or tremendous? -I ask, curious-

—She's a demon! -Susan jokes- Leah's really terrible to be a 2 year old girl

—But I gotta warn you, Leah is in love with me -Chris says cockily-

The four of us laugh. I was having a good time talking to them

—Is she? -I ask, Brandon rolls his eyes-

—Sadly, she is. She can't see Chris because she wants to jump into his arms

—It's way too funny, you gotta see it one day -she says- and when she's watching TV and sees Chris on it, she becomes a screaming mess

—Starts jumping and screaming "Chris" -Brandon finalizes-

—It's okay, I'll share him with her -I joke-

—Take him away from her, instead -Brandon rolls his eyes joking-

We stayed there talking and joking for about an hour or so, Brandon and Chris left to look for drinks while Susan and I were talking, I really liked this woman

—How is it? -she asks- Chris as a boyfriend

—He's a gentlemen, gotta admit -I say- He's the best

—I'm glad he finally found someone -Susan smiles- he's a really good guy and deserved someone who make him happy. He's became like a brother to me... Well, a brother-in-law -she jokes moving her hands-
