Just as expected, our family getaway is all over the internet now, everybody curious to see Chris Evans' daughter for the first time. I try not to care, of course I wouldn't have wanted it to be all over the media, but Elle is the daughter of one of Hollywood's elite actors, so inevitably, that's something that was going to happen.

—They probably will get more annoying now -Chris tells me as he eats his toast- when we go out, they'll be more annoying. -he repeats, I don't know if it was for him or me-

—I know -I say, unbothered, as I spread butter on my toast-

—Can I take this little one with me? -Sara excitedly sways Elle-

—Definitely, not. How dare you keep my child from me for the following hours? -I act offended-

—Come on, you've had her for long enough. -Sara amusingly says-

—Have one of your own -I sassily snap back, she gasps and chuckles at my comment-

—Well, Elle, you won't be able to meet Jamie Lee Curtis today because your mom's being a bitch -she says to Elle but looking at me-

—Hey! Don't teach my daughter that word -Chris warns Sara, pointing his index finger at her whilst raising an eyebrow. Both of them stay still for seconds, then at the same time, they crack a laugh-

—That's a word she'll definitely have to know

—You better not, Sara! Plus, she cannot call her mom that, only I can call Gabbie that.

I raise both eyebrows at Chris' statement, Sara's face is a mixture between shock, disgust and unexpected—Chris instantly laughs at her.

—I surely did not wanted to know that you guys, keep your sex life private as fuck!! -she growls and I laugh-

—Then stop cursing in front of my daughter! -I say-

—She won't learn that, at least not from me -she gives up- Anyways, Gabriela, did you meet Jamie yet?

—Uh, no, I haven't. Chris told me he was going to invite them over or something, but it hasn't happened yet

—Ugh, I'm nervous AF! Do you think she'll be nice? -she asks me-

—Oh, she's nice—she's very nice -Chris answers her question- I'm pretty sure she'll treat you like she's known you for years now. That's who she is -he shrugs with a smile on his face-

—Just don't... fangirl too much -I ask her-

—That's definitely impossible -she laughs- but I'll try my best!

Chris' POV.

Having Sara here on the right time could be considered more than a blessing, I see her as a sister of my own as we've created an amazing bond. I know I can always crack a couple of jokes with her, and I know I could talk about any serious matter with her, too.

Last night, after coming back home I told her I had to talk to her, but not in front of Gabriela. So we waited until she was fully tired and went to sleep—Sara almost screamed when I told her I want to marry Gabbie but she held the scream in. The squeals were not held in, though.
