Jungkook Pov Its been about 2 weeks since Y/n forgave me and everything has been going so well. Im happy I decided to take the risk and start from scratch with her. I didnt realize how much she made me happy... it was almost as if I forgot how it felt to have her by my side. At the moment were nothing but friends but that alright with me. I still love her with all my heart and like what Yoongi and Jin hyung said Its obviously going to take some time before she remembers me and loves me back but I told her was going to wait.
Y/n told Donghae hyung about our situation and he has accepted it even though I know that hes still upset with me.
I decided to head to the mall with Jin hyung along with Tae today because its actually Y/ns birthday tomorrow. I wanted to get her something special, something that represented our relationship... something I know she will love.
We arrived at the mall wearing our masks and glasses and started to go window shopping seeing if anything caught our eyes. The other members already bought her a gift except for the three of us so we all wanting to go together so we wont buy the same thing. Jin hyung left and went off into a clothing store seeing if he could find some clothes for Y/n.
"What are you planning on getting her Kook?" Tae asked me while slightly nudging me. "Im not sure hyung... Theres so many things I want to buy for her but after 10 years of knowing her.. shes a very simplistic person. But I dont want to get her something simple!" I explained while also thinking of what to get her. While continuing to walk around I went with Tae into a music store seeing if he could find anything he could use as a gift.
"Hey did you see the model Y/n on the cover of the latest magazine?!" I heard a young teenager ask her friend as they were standing beside me. "No I havent seen it but I heard it was a couple photoshoot and she was modelling with Kim Mingyu!!!" her friend squealed. "Here let me show you the photo! their so cute together!!" I saw the teenage pull up a photo and my eyes slightly widened. The male known as Kim Mingyu was planting a kiss on Y/ns forehead in the photo. I somewhat felt irritated but soon brushed it off since it was jut a photoshoot and nothing more.
"Yeah their cute but honestly I think she looked better with Jungkook Oppa from BTS" her friend commented making me smile (HECK YEAH SHE LOOKS BETTER WITH ME). Taehyung and I didnt find anything in the store so we left.
We continued our way through the mall and eventually Taehyung decided to buy her a huge fluffy blanket along with a smaller blanket with a funny surprise on it. Now it was just me looking for a gift. "Hyung i dont know what to buy her!" I said while putting my hands into my pocket. Before Tae could speak up I heard a high pitched voice call me out. "Jungkookie oppa!!!!" (A/N: ughhh you already know who that is.. BLEHHH)
I turned and saw Eunji running up to me almost twisting her ankle from her very high heels. "Jungkookie oppa is that you!?" she squealed. I scrunched up my face "ughh...." i groaned not wanting to deal with his girl. "hyung... why did I even kiss that... Y/n is way prettier.." I whispered to Taehyung making him chuckle.
Eunji then threw herself onto me wrapping her arms around me "Oppa I missed you so muchh!!!" she spoke while trying to kiss me but I put my hand on her mouth shutting her up. "Uhmm... what the hell do you want Eunji?" I scowled while looking down at her. "oppa no need to be shy in public! Im obviously wanting to spend time with you because I love you~" she cooed but I rolled my eyes before pushing her away from me. "Eunji were not even together.. what makes you think that I love you?" I commented while cocking a brow at her.
"Y-You said you loved me.. you even kissed me too!" she exclaimed. My facial expression dropped turning serious as I turned to look at her.

"I did mean any of that... I only said and did all that to make Y/n jealous." I watched as Eunjis expression fell making her eyes fill with tears. "So you never loved me to begin with?!" she asked and I nodded. "And that kiss meant nothing to you?!" I nodded again. "I did everything to try and make you forget about her! All you did was think about her and I tried my hardest to make you stop! I even deleted her number from your phone and sent her nasty messages making it look like it was from you! Why cant you love me instead! You said she was no one to you and you had nothing to do with her!" She continued to yell gaining attention.
"Well if you knew he couldnt forget about her why didnt you make it easy for yourself and leave?" Teahyung suddenly spoke up before grabbing my arm and dragging me away. "Dont get too involved with her anymore..." He said while continuing to drag me. While he dragged me, my eyes suddenly caught something from inside a jewelry store. I pulled myself away from Taehyung and ran into the store quickly purchasing the item I spotted.
