Chapter 36: Secrets

Author's POV:

    "Yungjin baby is that you? Where are you honey?"

"I'm with-" Jin heard muffled sounds as the phone exchanged hands.

    "Hyung it's me."

    "Jungkook? What the fuck do you want? Where's my baby?" Jin frowned when his sons sweet voice was replaced by the voice of the last person he wanted to hear from.

    "Relax. He's with me safe and sound since you did what I asked." Jin pause for a moment to look at Namjoon who was examining him closely from outside in the hallway window. He closed the door to give Jin privacy as he believed he was talking to his son. Jin was determining whether or not he should tell him who it actually was. He could end this if he could just- "I know what you're thinking and if you dare call that detective in, I promise you'll regret it." Jin froze up and Jungkook chuckled.

    "B-but I-I I wasn't-"

    "Don't lie to me. I can see you." Jin frowned looking around frantically.

"What? H-how?"

"I have eyes everywhere, and stop looking around like that. It looks suspicious." Jin did as he was told since he actually wanted to ask Jungkook something with out Namjoon interrupting.

"Kookie, you're just a kid. What compelled you to do all this and what for?"

"Oh my g- why does everyone think I'm a kid?" He questioned with annoyance clearly laced in his voice. "I am a man Hyung. Shit why can't you and Jimin hyung see that. He doesn't need his mom and dad, he doesn't need his brother, and he sure as hell doesn't need that so called husband of his. I can be all of that for him. He should only want and need me." Jin didn't like his language but ignored it because he felt as if he was finally getting somewhere with the younger.

"Is that what this is about Kook? I'm sitting in in jail because you want to prove that you're a man to Jimin?"

"No, your in there because I needed to by some time. That son of a bitch cop has constantly been on my ass. Does he think I can't tell it's him in that black Sudan that keeps driving by and following me around?" 'Maybe that's way he hasn't been back to question me anymore.' Jin though to himself while listening to the younger. "I'm just glad I got him off of my tail long enough to go to Hyung's house." That definitely caught Jin's attention.

    "Did you find him? Is he ok?" Jin asked with much concern. He wanted to know if Jimin was ok, but he also didn't want Jungkook to be the one to find him after finding out the truth.

    "He's fine. As a matter of fact I just proposed to him earlier. You should have seen his face. He was speechless." Jungkook got all giddy just looking back on it. "I love him Hyung."

"The doctor said that Jimin was brutally raped. Was it you? I can remember all of that stuff Jimin told me about you kidnapping and raping him. The stuff that you said was a lie. Was it true? Did you actually do those things? I mean I know that you did, but I just want to hear you say it." Jin was baiting Jungkook. He knew that the call was most likely being recorded.

    "I don't know what you're talking about."

    "Did you kidnap and rape him Jungkook?!"

    "I love him Hyung. I did it out of love."

    "Jungkook, forcing someone into sex or even marriage is not how you show them you love them. You would know that if you were an adult but you're still just a kid."
