Bruises

It was in the middle of the battle when haggar shot me with a spell. I did know what it even was at first. I figured out when we finally one the battle.

We had just landed back into the hangers when I heard Keith mummer something. They broke and screamed at me.

"YOU WERE COMPLETELY RECKLESS THE WHOLE TIME WHAT WERE YOU THINKING YOU GOT HIT BY HAGGARS MAGIC YOU IDIOT!" I felt a pain on my arm. A new cut formed where there had not been one.

The next incident was when I was walking back to my room. Allura walked past me saying ", wow I should just pilot blue."

Then a new bruise formed right on my back. It was painful too. Slowly all the cuts and bruises became deeper and bleed more. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to add more marks.

Soon all of it prevented me from doing things. Such as training. I would mess up because it hurt to move. Then they would yell at me making it worse.

"Lance shut up!"

"We hate you!"

"Go away!"

"Guys....." I spit up blood "I-i dont feel so good...." I fall flat on the ground.

The next day I woke up falling out of a pod. Again I fell to the ground. No one was there to catch me, great.

I walk around the castle trying to find every one. I make it to the common room and I heard someone speak.

I put my ear to the door to hear.

"We need to get rid of him. He's broken. I can pilot blue."

"Yes I agree we will tell him when he gets out."

I cover my mouth with my hand.

Shit shit shit.

"When is he coming out Coran?"

"Oh it appears he should be out now."

I quickly run to the escape pods. I leave only with the clothes on my back. Bad decision on my part.

I jump into one my lungs are practically burning from running so fast.

I pushed the eject button. I heard people.

"He I think he when in here."

"Why would he do that? Oh right its stupid lance."

Go faster go faster go faster!!

I push the button more times. Their foot steps coming closer.

"Lance?"

Before I left I told them this, "good bye space family," and I shot off into space.
