December 7th (pt. 2)

Sowon walked inside and found a group of young girls laughing and enjoying the food Yuju had just finished preparing for them. Sowon suddenly found herself smiling as she took her shoes off. She quickly put her poker face on before turning around.

"Sowon! Welcome! Yuju made some delicious food" Kim greeted her girlfriend with a smile. It was quite disgusting since there was food in her mouth.

"Hey guys..." Sowon awkwardly smiled at them. "Yuju I got your pad-"

"Chicken! Haha...chicken sounds good doesn't it?..." Yuju awkwardly laughed and looked around the room at everyone's reaction.

"Oh..." Sowon understood Yuju and immediately put the pads back in the bag to keep them hidden from plain sight.

"Sowon, bathroom please? Alone" Yuju motioned for Sowon to meet her in the nearest bathroom.

"What is it? What do you need?" Sowon seemed to be in a rush once she got in the room.

"The pads please?" Yuju held out her hand to receive the sanitary pads.

"I thought you didn't use pads" Sowon said with a questioning tone as she handed Yuju the box of pads.

"I do now, thanks!" Yuju ran out the bathroom with the box in her hands.

Yuju stood in the kitchen and waved her hands in the air, trying to get Eunha's attention. She whispered her name but it was very unlikely for Eunha to be able to hear her since she was in a different room.

Out of the corner of her eye, Eunha could see Yuju's arms swaying in the air. She quickly looked over at her with her eyebrows raised in a questioning manner. She excused herself from the table and speed walked towards Yuju.

"Here are your pads" Yuju tried to hand her the box without any one seeing, it almost looked like a drug deal.

"Thank you so much! You're late though" Eunha quickly took the box and ran to the bathroom.

"So what did you get from the store?" Kim suddenly asked Sowon. Yuju felt like her soul left her body at that very moment.

"I got some pads for Yuju, she's on her period. It's surprising though because she usually uses tampons, so why pads this time?" Sowon shrugged after asking herself a question.

"What a coincidence! Yerin is on her period too! So you must've got pads for the both of them because Yuju told me you were going just for Yerin, she never mentioned that she was on her period" Kim lightly laughed for some reason. Nothing was funny, but she seemed a bit amused by nothing.

"She never said anything about Yerin on her period" Sowon furrowed her eyebrows.

"What? I'm not on my period!" Yerin seemed offended as she spit out a little food while shouting.

"Wait so then who's on their period?" Kim looked at each individual female around the table, excluding Yuju who was in the kitchen still and Eunha in the bathroom.

"Why does it matter? There's seven females living in this house at the moment, it's bound to happen for someone to be on their period each week of the month. You guys are being dramatic" Umji chimed in. After Yuju left, Umji got a bit of a short temper. Things that once didn't bother her made her lose her mind now. She was very different in ways.

"Yeah Umji has a point" Yuju awkwardly chuckled as she scratched the side of her head.

"It's you isn't it?!" Yerin pointed her finger at Yuju.

"No we already confirmed that it's not Yuju or Yerin. So who is it?" Sowon grabbed Yerins arm and pulled it down onto the table.

"Well wait a moment, where is Eunha?" Kim asked. Of course Eunha just had to go unnoticed until this very moment.

"I killed her" Yuju responded within a blink of an eye. She also seemed very serious, dead serious.

"Oh hey guys" Eunha suddenly appeared out from behind Yuju.

"No you didn't. She's right there" Yerin pointed to the girl standing behind Yuju.

"Yuju didn't kill me, but I uh...I accidentally ran over a dog and killed it" Eunha admitted, evidently ashamed of what she did.

"What?! Who's dog?! Let me see!" Sowon jumped up from her sitting position.

"In the middle of the road" Eunha pointed at the door, signaling her to take a look.

Before Sowon and the others could even get to the door, Eunha stopped them all by standing in front of them with her arms spread out. She wasn't letting them go anywhere. She lied, and she didn't want them to know.

Yuju wasn't sure what to do. She opened the fridge and looked back and forth between the red jelly jam and the tomato ketchup, not sure which one to use. She quickly grabbed the ketchup and ran out the door behind Eunha.

Eunha held them back while Yuju was doing something unknown out in the middle of the road. A line of multiple vehicles were repeatedly honking their blaring horns at her but she kept acting on her master plan.

Sowon, without hesitation or feeling of guilt, kicked Eunha's shin and ran past her, the others following behind her. Sowon swung the door open and found Yuju in the middle of the road with blood all over her.

"Yuju!" Sowon ran out the door and sprinted towards Yuju, the others racing behind her.

Sowon suddenly came to a stop when she reached the sidewalk. She heard and saw Yuju trying to keep her eyes closed and saw her resisting the temptation to laugh. And she could tell that the fake blood was actually ketchup.

The cars were still honking at her but they didn't mind. The group of women stared at her with disappointment and confusion. Yuju kept laying in a position that she thought was a dead dog kind of position.

"I told you I accidentally killed the neighbors dog" Eunha shrugged.

"I'm not stupid. I can tell it's Yuju" Sowon grabbed Yuju's arm and dragged her out from the middle of the road, bowing to let the drivers know she was sorry for her friends childish behavior.

"Damnit Yuju, you've got ketchup all over you, go take a shower" Sowon pushed her towards the door, truly disappointed.
