"What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" Sowon angrily sighed.
"Sometimes people think they need someone when really they don't. You only want her, but you don't need her. You went two years without seeing her, I'm sure you could've gone longer without her" sometimes Yerin seemed like she had difficult past breakups from all the advice she had yet she had never dated a single person.
"Yeah and those were the worst two years of my life!" Sowon couldn't believe that Yerin wasn't on her side. But it didn't surprise her. Yerin was picking the right choice.
"Then think about the child. If you and Eunha keep seeing each other like this then think about how you're gonna ruin the child's life. You wouldn't like to not have a father because the wife cheated, wouldn't you?" Yerin could try to make Sowon look at it from a different perspective but doesn't mean it would work. Sowon was hard to be persuaded.
"I don't care about that damn baby! It's not my child! It's not fair Yerin! It's not fair..." Sowon calmly sat back down in her seat and placed her head in her cupped hands. Yerin awkwardly watched as Sowon cried. She wasn't sure what to do or how to help Sowon.
"She lived out your dream future with another man, I understand why you're so angry and in such pain, but please Sowon, I'm begging you, think about the child's future. Think about what you're doing to her family. I'm kindly asking you to stay away from her" Yerin slowly rubbed Sowons back, trying to calm her down. Yerin honestly didn't care about the baby or Eunwoo either, but she was worried about the outcome of this. Sowon would have to face serious consequences.
"Why should I have to stay away? She's the one ruining her family. She came to me, not the other way around" Sowon glared at her. Yerin did not know this at all.
"Wait seriously? She came to you? What the fuck?" Yerin facepalmed. Now she had no idea what to do.
"Yeah this isn't my fault. If anyone is to blame then it's Eunha" at this point Sowon wasn't even afraid to throw Eunha under the bus. She just didn't want to have to deal with any of this.
"Ok but hold on. You're still making the situation worse by leading her on. So it still doesn't matter because you need to stay away. I will discuss this with Eunha but you still need to end this. If you tell her to stop then she won't come back around" Yerin stared right into Sowons eyes. Maybe if she stared long enough then Sowon would backdown.
"No I'm not gonna do that" Sowon crossed her arms over her chest. She refused to tell Eunha to stop.
"What? Why?"
"Because I love her, obviously" Sowon looked at her like she is stupid. "If I want to be with Eunha and she wants to be with me then I'm not gonna make her stop. Do you know how long I've been waiting? Two years Yerin, TWO years. I deserve her, nobody else does" Yerin began to worry that Sowon was already getting too attached again and becoming possessive over Eunha. But Sowon was just determined to keep Eunha by her side this time. She wasn't going to let her go, not ever again.
"If you're not gonna end this then I will. Don't worry, I'll make it simple and fast. You won't have to face anything at all or see her again. I'll have a discussion with her later when I get home. You stay away, got it?" Yerin stood up from her seat. She was angry that Sowon wasn't listening to her at all. Nothing annoyed her more than when someone didn't follow a demand.
"Wait Yerin!" Sowon stopped her before she could get all the way out the front door and to her car.
"What is it?" Yerin turned around, clearly annoyed.
"Please don't talk to Eunha about this. I will talk to her about it later, ok? I promise I will" Sowon pleaded.
"Ok but you have to actually follow through with it. Don't just tell me you're gonna talk to her and then end up not doing it" Yerin nodded at Sowon. She was proud that she was finally taking responsibility of her horrible actions.
"I will. Does she know about this?" Sowon whispered as if someone were around and listening to their conversation.
"About this meet up? No. She doesn't even know that I know there's something going on between you two. She thinks you and her are the only ones that know because she never saw me when I peeked into the room" Yerin hated to recall that moment since it only brought up one particular gross image in her head when she reminded herself of what happened.
"Ok. I'll talk to you later then" Sowon began to slowly close the door.
"Oh by the way, I like your new blonde hair. It looks nice on you" Yerin actually did like Sowons new appearance. She found blonde hair to actually be quite beautiful, but only on certain people.
"Thanks" Sowon shut the door and frowned. She had a lot of business to take care of.

Umji sat in the chair rocking back and forth in her seat. She was anxiously biting her nails while waiting for the doctor to come back and tell her the news. All of her prayed to the gods that Yuju would be okay. She didn't even understand why Yuju would ever do something like this. She never showed any signs of having interest in drugs or alcohol. But there was one question racing through her head, who sold the drugs to Yuju?
"Is she okay?" Umji immediately jumped up from her seat when she saw the doctor getting closer to her.
"Well she did overdose but not to the point where there is no saving her so thankfully we were able to put her immune system back to being stable. She won't be conscious for awhile but you're welcome to go see her. I do have a few questions before you go" the doctor took the black pen out of his pocket. Umji simply nodded and waited for him to continue.
"How long have you known the patient?" The questions started off simple but Umji knew that's not how they ended.
"For about six years now I think"
"And has she ever showed signs of any addiction?"
"Stupidity addiction" Umji chuckled. She expected the doctor to laugh but he kept a straight face. But this was also a very serious moment. "No I don't think she has ever once mentioned being into drugs or alcohol" Umji frowned. She felt bad for making such a joke in this current situation.
"I'm only going to ask one more question since I don't want to overwhelm you at such a hard time. Does she have anyone I can contact? People like parents or a partner? Obviously you know her but we always ask if the parents or spouse would like to see her" Umji paused for a moment. She wasn't sure how to answer. She knew it was okay to admit that she was dating her since they were in Europe and not South Korea but she felt a bit uncomfortable since she was so use to hiding it from the public eye.
"I'm actually her girl....friend?" Umji scratched the side of her head. A red hue appearing on her pale cheeks.
"Oh that's fine" the doctor waved his hand as if to say not to worry about it.
"I don't think she would want her parents to know. She doesn't want to bother them" Umji frowned. Sometimes Yuju worried too much about being a burden, but Umji knew how she felt. She was the exact same way.
"Alright that's fine as long as she's got some kind of support here. You may visit her now" he gestured for Umji to go into the room.
