Sowon crawled into Yerin's room, too weak to stand up and walk. She struggled to crawl to the edge of Yerin's bed and grab a box out. She opened it and grabbed Yerin's most prized possession. She shut the box and left it on the floor.

She gripped onto the edge of Yerin's bed to help herself stand up. Sowon breathed heavily as she lifted herself up. She stumbled and almost fell multiple times while trying to get down the stairs. She resembled a drunk person but it was the heat and smoke causing her to struggle.

Suddenly the door opened and Sowon came scrambling out of the room. They stood there for a moment and stared at Sowon as she walked towards them. They took a few steps forward and Sowon collapsed into Yerin's strong arms.

They were asking her multiple questions and seeing if she was ok as she laid in Yerin's arms. She ignored them and kept her eyes closed while she brought her hand up to Yerin's hand and placed a small object in her hand.

"What is this?" Yerin said as she opened up her hand to see what Sowon had placed on her palm. She looked at it curiously.

"I saved it when he died and before we cremated him. It was his ring" Sowon mumbled. She sounded like she was in pain.

"His ring..." Yerin stared down at her dead brother's ring. She was smiling but she felt like crying both happy and sad tears.

"Guys we have to get out of here before the police get here and ask questions. The house will burn down along with the evidence" Umji warned. She took one last look at the house, a sad smile appearing on her face.

"Lets go" Yerin picked Sowon up and assisted her to the car.

Sowon groaned when Yerin helped into the back seat. Her ankle was in a lot of pain. She must've twisted it when she fell. She kept her head laid back against the seat with her eyes closed.

"Where are we going? We have nowhere to go and all our money was in that house" Yuju was frustrated about all the money she had lost, who wouldn't be?

"I wouldn't even worry about it. We haven't gotten a paycheck in a year. All our money combined was about to run out anyways. We had one more month of rent and all our money would've been gone" no one knew this except for Yerin. She didn't want to tell them because she didn't want them to stress. She was going to search for jobs but she never got the chance to.

"So where the fuck are we gonna go? We have no money" Eunbi asked, her anxiety coming back again.

"I'm sure Eunha will let us stay with her for awhile if we tell her our situation" Yerin tried to act calm but inside she was panicking.

"Isn't she going on her honeymoon though?" Umji raised her eyebrows.

"Well even if she is I'm sure she'll still let us stay at her house and lend us some money while they're gone. She might even postpone the honeymoon and stay with us for awhile, at least until we get back on our feet again" Yerin tried to believe everything was going to be alright but she kept thinking about the worst scenarios that could happen.

"Should we text her first?" Yuju asked.

"Yeah. Sowon can you text her?" Umji looked at her through the review mirror.

"My phone was in the house. It's probably burnt by now" Sowon didn't even realize it until she said it out loud. She was angry but she was able to live without a phone for awhile.

"Don't text her. Let's surprise her, she'll feel bad about having to say no in front of our faces" Yerin smirked. She was right though, it gave them a better chance.

"Alright. We'll be there soon"

Umji was the first to get out of the car. Yuju raced towards the door to get there first. The other four calmly and slowly got out of the car. They were in no rush. As Yerin was walking towards the door she realized that if Eunha saw the black spots on Sowon and Jiwon's body and clothes from the fire then she'd most definitely let them come inside.

Yerin tried to convince them both to stand in front of the door so Eunha would immediately notice them but Sowon refused to do. Jiwon had no problem with standing in the front. She hurried to the door to stand in front before it opened. Sowon stayed all the way in the back, barely noticeable because she wasn't standing on one of the steps like everyone else.

"Who are—what is everyone doing here? And why do you look like burnt toast?" Eunha opened the door in shock. She expected Yerin to come by later in the day.

"Eunha we have a favor to ask you" Yerin said shyly.

"What is it? I'll do anything for my friends"

"Well, uh, the house kind of...burnt down. So we kind of need a place to stay for awhile because we have no money. Do you have enough room for five? Umji's sister will be leaving since she has her own house" Yerin asked, scared of what the answer might be. She hated asking Eunha for such a favor. She felt like she had to do something huge now to pay her back, that was only if she said yes.

"So that's why you look like burnt toast?" Eunha chuckled. "Come in" Eunha welcomed them all inside.

Sowon took baby steps as she followed behind the line of girls. She didn't look at Eunha at all and immediately took her shoes off. She followed everyone else, which was in the kitchen where Eunwoo was cooking noodles.
Pathetic, Sowon thought. How does a married man only know how to cook noodles? She was judging too fast.

"Would you two like to use the showers?" Eunha looked at Jiwon and Sowon. She felt bad that their clothes were ruined.

"Only if it's okay with you" Sowon kept her head down.

"It's fine. Go ahead. There's two upstairs so you can each go right now"

"Thanks" Jiwon smiled at Eunha. Eunha was very generous in Jiwon's opinion. Then again she has only met Eunha two times.
