Riley was reading the paper that morning before shift, while Will poured both him and her some coffee. Coming into the kitchen were the kids.
"Morning, kiddos." Riley said.
Will sees the bright smiles on their faces, "Who's hungry?"
Lorelei nods, "Hell yeah."
Grace gasped, "Riley! Riley! Lorelei said a bad word."
Lorelei turns to Grace, about to yell at her sister for doing that, however, Lorelei sees Riley looking at her middle sister.
"No swearing in front of Grace, got it?" Riley says.
Lorelei nods, "Right, sorry."
Will had made the kids breakfast as they sat at the breakfast bar together, as a family. As Riley was finishing reading the paper, a small pink paper came sliding over to her.
Grace smiled at her big sister, "Riley, Thursday is career day and I need a parent or a guardian come in." She said.
Riley looks at the paper, "Career day, huh?"
Grace nods, "Yeah. It's important." She said.
"I'll talk to my boss," Riley said, "I'm sure Voight would be fine with me being involved in career day."
Will places down the plate of eggs and bacon. He then pulled out toast from the toaster and put it on another plate.
"Thank god Will is marrying you, Riley." Lorelei teased, "At least someone can cook."
Riley glanced at Lorelei, "I can cook."
"Barely," Lorelei grins as she took a bite of her eggs, "We haven't forgotten last pasta night."
Riley blushes in embarrassment, she was going to say something to her sister but halted. Instead opting out, which only left Lorelei with the smug look on her face. Then Riley had a smug look.
"If its so easy," Riley said, "You cook dinner tonight."
Lorelei nearly choked on her eggs, "You're kidding right?"
Riley shakes her head, "I'm not. If you think cooking is so easy, you make dinner."
Lorelei sits up on her seat, "Fine! Yeah."
Will sighs and shakes his head, "This is not going to end well."
Grace and Will look at each other. Grace shakes her head at him.
"No it won't." Grace said.

When Riley arrived at work, she sees a mug shot on the board. She had received text messages when she was on route to work about a body being found. Jay and Erin were working with the body, and Adam took Alvin to the victim's home.
Riley spots Hank. She puts down her stuff and heads into his office.
"Hank," Riley said, "You never said who the victim was."
Hank looks at her, "You need to sit down."
"Hank?" She asks in confusion.
Riley glanced toward the stairs when she heard voices. Jay and Erin had reached the top of the stairs, and saw Riley. The three made eye contact, and what Riley saw was frowns.
Hank pulls her into his office, shutting the door behind. Riley stood there, confused as Hank went to sit down.
"Hank," Riley said, "What- who died?"
"Sit down," Hank said.
Riley sat down and then she heard Hank sigh. She wasn't sure what to expect at this point. She braced herself for something. Was it Nancy? Was it Peter?
