As Moxi and I start to walk back to the gym for instructions from the teachers I speak up. "So where did you get those documents from? I'm sure you can't just find them online." I ask as Moxi laughs. "I can't reveal my secrets, but remember I am very intimidating." Moxi says smugly. I laugh and lightly punch his shoulder. "You sure are, all 150 pounds of your five-foot nine-inch self." I remark as we both laugh. He quickly attempts to fire back. "Shut up you six foot tall." He stops for a moment. "Yea, I can't think of any good comebacks." He says as we both laugh. As we enter the gym the teachers looked at us with a concerned stare. "What? Did something happen?" I ask as the principal walks over to us. "Did you get in trouble with the DAA? We don't need to make them dislike humans." The principal states as I roll my eyes. "It was just a friendly talk." I say as Moxi mumbles behind me. "Besides me angering that Raven guy." The principal quickly looks at Moxi. "You did what?!" He yells as Moxi laughs. "I'm joking of course, I'd never do anything so stupid." He says with a wide grin. But you did make Raven upset. I think as the teacher sighs in relief. "Anyways, both of you are in big trouble for that stunt you tried to pull." Another teacher says as I sigh. "Understood, what is our punishment?" I ask as the principal sighs. "Go to my office, we'll discuss both of your punishments there." He says as Moxi salutes him. "Aye aye, cap'n." Moxi says as a few of the students start laughing that overheard him. The principal glares at Moxi as he winks back to the principal. I quickly grab Moxi's wrist and pull him along with me. "Can you stop antagonizing people for 5 minutes. One day you're going to get us in severe trouble." I say as Moxi laughs. "But life would be so much more boring without seeing people get upset because of me." Moxi says sarcastically. I grin and look back at him. "I can agree and disagree with that." I reply as he laughs. "Well a 50% win to loss ratio isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things." Moxi says as we walk into the principal's office. After a few minutes of joking around and waiting the principal walks in and quickly closes the door behind him. "What am I going to do with you two? Both of you have had exemplary scores in all your classes yet you both make such idiotic decisions. All I have to wonder is, why?" He asks as Moxi quickly raises his hand. "Ooh, ooh, pick me! I know this one!" Moxi says as I chuckle. "Just answer the question." The principal says with a sigh as Moxi frowns and puts his hand down. "Because, frankly, school and life in general is too easy and boring for me." Moxi says as I quickly speak up. "I just like having fun. You know, hedonism and all that." I say calmly as the principal rubs his chin and looks out the window. After a few minutes of silence, he quickly walks to his computer and starts typing away. Moxi and I look at each other in confusion as he types quickly and precisely. Never once having to hit the backspace button on the keyboard. "As punishment, I'm emailing the local recruiter for the DAHC to talk to you two and try to teach you better mannerisms." The principal says as he looks at us. "Like forceful conscription? Is that legal?" Moxi asks as the principal nods. "DAHC recruiters can recruit anyone by law if they believe it could benefit the world, country, or even relations with other beings. And considering how intelligent you both are, they would be glad to have you." The principal says as I sigh. "Alright." I mumble as Moxi laughs. "This will be fun." He remarks as the principle looks at us. "You may continue your studies while under the direction of the DAHC, if you wish." The principal says as he stands up. "I'll also be contacting your parents to come pick you up as soon as they can. The recruiter for the DAHC will take you to their facility tomorrow morning." The principal says as he walks out of the room for a few minutes. After around 6 minutes he walks in and hands me my backpack and looks at Moxi. "I couldn't find your backpack." The principal says as Moxi laughs. "Probably because I don't own a backpack." Moxi says with a grin. "I also couldn't get ahold of your parents, Moxi. Did they change their number?" The principal asks as Moxi nods quickly. "Not quite, they broke their phone when they accidentally dropped it off the roof." Moxi says while laughing. The principal sighs and looks at me. "Malick, could Moxi ride with you to his house?" He asks as I nod. "He might as well just spend the night at my house." I say while laughing lightly. As I quickly slide on my backpack, I hear a crunch. I quickly open the side pocket to see some crushed bacon. "Oh right, I forgot I had this." I mumble as Moxi snatches the bag out of my hands and starts eating. "I'm famished!" He says as I sigh. The principal holds the door open as we walk out to the pickup area. As a short limo pulls up, I sigh. The driver quickly gets out and runs around to open the door for us. "Young master, please get in." The man says quite clearly as I shake my head and slide into the car. Moxi jumps in after I do and lays down. "I always loved how rich your family is, but I still wonder where they got their fortune from." Moxi says as I nod. "Me too, but they'll never tell anyone." I reply as I close my eyes and relax. A squeak from the breaks coming to a complete stop make me open my eyes. I look out the window and see I'm in the parking garage with the other 3 limos and 10 sports cars. "Home sweet home." I mumble sarcastically.
