Of Angels and Demons: A New Generation

A New World

As we fall through a red portal once more, I see a bright light at the end of the tunnel. As we all get closer to the light, it shoots past us as I feel solid ground beneath my feet. As I look around, an eye opens in front of us. The eye is at least seven feet tall, has black all around it with a red slit. It raises off the ground several hundred feet as huge wings outstretch above us. It lets out an ear-splitting screech as it flaps its wings one good time and flies away. The gust from the wings flap send me back several feet, but Aziria catches me, as well as everyone else that was getting knocked back. "It seems I made a mistake on my dimensional choice." Aziria says as we all notice that we are standing on a massive mountain top. "I haven't been here before." Aziria mumbles as we see the dragon land on another mountain. As I start to speak up, the gravity seems to grow hundreds of times stronger. As everyone, except Aziria, falls to our knees, we hear a woman speak up. "I knew I felt people appear on my world." She says as I struggle to look up. "Oh, I'm sorry." She says as gravity goes back to normal. As I stand up, a bead of sweat rolls down my face. I see a woman standing in front of all of us. I quickly look her up and down. She has: black heels on, a short red and purple dress, long and sharp pink hair, and large breasts. I quickly look away, my face slightly flustered. I see Fallyn staring at her with a nose bleed, just like you see in anime. "She's perfect!" Fallyn yells as he dashes towards her with his arms extended. I look back to see her fingernails grow into long black claws. As she points her claws towards Fallyn's throat, he stops dead in his tracks. "So why have you come to my world?" She asks as Aziria bows slightly. "We did not mean to intrude; I simply made a mistake when teleporting through dimensions. We do not wish to cause any problems." Aziria says as the woman stares at her for a moment. "Ah, my bad. I thought you might have been challengers, coming for me." She says as her claws retract. She pats Fallyn's head lightly as her eyes dart to Moxi, Attira, and I. Before I can say anything, her hand is pressed again my cheek and she's staring through me. "You." She says as Attira grabs my arm. "We've met." She says as she stares into my eyes. "On some distant battlefield? No, that isn't right. I know you but from where?" She mumbles to herself as she licks up the side of my face. "That energy, we have fought before." She says as my face turns bright red. "Your energy says your name is Malick. Nice to meet you, finally." She says as she snaps her fingers and we appear in a large white dining hall. "You shall all be my guests!" She exclaims as Aziria looks around, almost shocked. As the woman starts to walk away, Aziria raises her voice. "What is your name?" Aziria asks as the woman looks over her should slightly. "You may call me Ayumi. Archangel Ayumi." She says as Aziria stares at her. "Follow me, I will lead you to your rooms." Ayumi says as Aziria shakes her head. "Sorry, we really must be going." Aziria says as Ayumi looks back to me. "Fine, but he stays here." Ayumi says as she points to me. Aziria summons Evanesa and glares at Ayumi. "Say, what is the name of the ability?" Ayumi asks as Aziria points Evanesa towards her. "This is Evanesa, the blade of black flames." Aziria says as Ayumi smiles. "Thank you." Ayumi says as she turns around and waves for us to follow her. "Didn't you hear me, I said we have to le-" Aziria gets slammed to the ground as Ayumi grabs Evanesa by the blade and stares at Aziria. "Fire of any kind is under my control, even supernatural fire." Ayumi says as Evanesa disappears. "So, allow me to show you to your rooms, please. I insist you stay for a while." Ayumi says as she helps Aziria up. As Ayumi starts to walk back upstairs, I see Aziria's eyes are widened by shock. "She is bad news; we have to leave." Aziria mumbles as Moxi starts to follow her. "If she neutralizes your strongest weapon that easily, I think we should at least hear her out." Moxi says as he walks past us. I sigh and follow as Lastis walks next to me. Attira gets on my other side and holds my arm. I look at her as she smiles and lays her head on my shoulder. "You are still so weird." I mumble as we walk up the stairs. As we all reach the hallway that Ayumi walked down, we see several open doors. "Attira, Lastis, Fallyn, Moxi, Aziria, and then Finally Malick. That is the order for which rooms you shall be staying in." Ayumi says as Attira quickly steps forward. "Why did you put me the furthest from Malick?!" She shouts as Lastis pushes her back and stares at Ayumi. "How did you know our names?" He asks as Ayumi laughs slightly. I read all your energy to see how strong you all were. I also found your names echoing through your energy while I was analyzing each of you." She says as Lastis looks back to all of us. "I think we should sleep where she said." Lastis says as he quickly goes to the first door on the right of the hallway. Attira talks to herself quietly as she walks to the first door on the left. Fallyn and Moxi go to their rooms, then Aziria and I. As I walk into the room I was assigned, I see heavily decorated walls and a large bed. Windows made of stained glass, similar to what you would see in a church, with curtains that are heavily designed with strange symbols on them. As I walk to the bed, I hear the door close behind me. I look back to see Ayumi walking towards me. "We must mate." She says in a very serious voice. As I nod and start to lay down. I quickly stop and fall back against the wall. "Wait, what?!"
