"Ooh, that was a good jump." Moxi says as I take a deep breath and shake my head. "I feel lighter." I mumble to myself as Lastis walks in. "Well, I'd hope so, you did grow quite a bit stronger when Rose lifted the DAHC inhibitor for you power." Lastis says as Fallyn sits up from one of the beds. "Maybe Malick and Sinneth can handle our missions from now on, that would give us time to find some ladies to hang out with." Fallyn says as Attira jumps from her bed and slaps Fallyn. "Oww, it was only a suggestion he says as Lastis taps my shoulder then waves for me to follow him. He leads me to the C.P.I machine and sighs. "Time to truly gauge how much stronger you are without the DAHC restrictions." Lastis says as I scan myself. The number 700 flashes on the screen as Lastis sighs. "So, if you go berserk again, I hope that someone can restrain you." Lastis says as Sinneth sighs from the doorway. "I'll do it, I'm still quite a bit stronger than Malick." Sinneth says as Lastis nods. Moxi quickly runs into the room and jumps on my back. "Malick, we should do a mission to test your new strength." Moxi says as I sigh. "If I only have a C.P.I of seven hundred, then a first release demon could still defeat me." I say as I hear a slight giggle. I quickly look around, but see no one. "Did you guys hear that?" I ask as Fallyn nods. "Ayumi is in the teleporter room." Fallyn says as I quickly run into that room to see Ayumi rubbing her fingers along the floor. "Such a waste of energy, I could easily teleport us anywhere." Ayumi says as I sigh. "So where is Aziria?" I ask as Moxi shrugs. "I know she went back to the DAA, but her exact location is beyond me." Moxi says as Attira runs up to me and jumps on my back. "Malick!" She yells as she hangs off my back and laughs. I sigh and help her up a little more, to give her a piggyback ride. "You're so much like a child." I mumble as she laughs and pats my chest. Ayumi quickly walks over to me and stares into my eyes. "So, the DAHC inhibitor was hardly any restriction to your power?" She mumbles as she sighs. "Well, no matter. At your current level of strength, you should still be able to manifest your energy, albeit extremely inefficient." Ayumi says as I stare at her. "Manifest my energy? What do you mean?" I ask as she laughs. She holds her hand out and opens her palm. A ball of red energy forms and rotates slowly in her hand. "You summon forth your energy from the well of your being. Imagine your energy channels floating slightly above your palm." Ayumi says as I sigh and hold out my hand, then open my palm. I focus everything on the center of my palm. Trying to flow my energy to my hand. I imagine a black and white outline for my body, and try pushing my energy towards my hands outline. I feel slightly heavier as I open my eyes. I see a faint blue energy floating above my palm. The same size of as an ant, but just summoning this much has me sweating. "Why is that all the energy I can summon?" I mumble as I feel my heart drop. The energy vanishes as I fall to my knees. I quickly grab my chest and gasp for breath, everyone around me panicking slightly. I hear no voices, but can see their lips moving. "This sucks." I say to myself as my vision goes black again. As I float through darkness, I sigh and look around. "Will I spend half of my life in this weird void?" I whisper to myself as I hear a deep growl. An eye opens beside me, stretching several hundred feet tall and several hundred feet wide. "Too weak." It mumbles. Its voice rips me apart, soul from flesh, flesh from muscle, muscle from bone. I watch in agony as the eye closes and I jolt awake once more. Several beads of sweat rolling down my face as I see a sword in front of me. Vale is staring at me, almost in fear. "What was that?" I mumble as I look at my shaky hands. "You, what did you say your name was again?" Vale says as he raises his sword towards Ayumi a few feet from me. "My name is Ayumi Tiamat, and human, I recommend dropping that weapon." Ayumi says as she glares at Vale. "Did you remove his inhibitor?" Vale asks as I fully sit up and look around. I see Sheeva and Nixon leaning against the wall. Two other people are behind me. One is a tall man with large green armor on. He has very short black hair with a beard. The other person is a short girl with long red hair and white robes. "So, this is Malick?" The guy says as he draws a sword from his back. "I think we should just execute him before he grows too powerful." The man says as the short woman grabs the man's armor and pulls him to the floor. "Daive, don't be so hasty." The girl says as the man sighs and stands up effortlessly. "Whatever, Cherry." He says as she pulls out a lollipop and unwraps it before popping it into her mouth. He quickly puts his blade on his back and stares at me. Ayumi quickly walks up to me, and starts to guard me. "Ayumi was it? Please don't play with my patience. Just tell us why Malick's energy spiked seventy thousand times stronger than he is now?" Sheeva asks as Ayumi glares at her. "He would have grown far stronger if his inhibitors hadn't of prevented it and almost killed him." Ayumi says as Sheeva glares at her. "Human, if Malick instructed me too, I'd rip your head from your shoulders and use your blood to recolor these white walls." Ayumi says as Cherry laughs. "How wonderfully morbid, I like her! Can we recruit her?" Cherry asks as Vale grunts. "Weapons at the ready."
