Zen raises his sword and points it towards Moxi. "You're special, I can feel it." Zen says as Moxi raises his hand and puts up his guard as Raven puts him down. "Just don't go all out, at least lower your energy to my level so we can fight fairly." Moxi says as Zen readies his sword and grips it with both hands. "I'll lower my energy output to roughly twice your current output." Zen says as Moxi's smile fades for a second. "Then let's go." Moxi says as he runs towards Zen. Zen takes a deep breath before jumping into the air sideways. Zen spins and slams his sword down towards Moxi. I feel my body tense up as Moxi blocks the attack with his forearm. To everyone's surprise, Moxi isn't even scratched by Zen's sword. "That is very impressive." I hear Aziria say as Moxi grabs Zen's wrist with his free hand and pulls himself closer to Zen. As Moxi starts to plant his foot against Zen's right foot, Zen suddenly increases his energy and punches Moxi back. As Moxi falls back a few feet, he rolls and quickly regains his balance. Moxi takes a deep breath and lowers his hands. "You are just as impressive as I imagined. You were friends with Kai after all, he was friends with all sorts of strong people." Moxi says as he laughs. Zen sighs and starts to turn his back as blood gushes from several spots on Zens body. Zens armor is seemingly undamaged. Zen inspects himself, seemingly unphased by any pain whatsoever. "How did you do that?" Zen asks as his power doubles, putting him almost ten times above Moxi. "The same way I blocked you both times you hit me." Moxi says as I stare at him confused. Zen sighs as his energy suddenly seemingly vanishes. Moxi's eyes widen as Zen impales his throat with his sword. I feel my blood boil as I appear by Zen. Out of reflex, I swing as hard as I can, sending a shockwave out shaking nearby mountains and knocking Raven off his feet. I gasp as I see Zen holding my fist with no difficulty, not even taking his eyes off Moxi. "Incredible." Zen says as I look to Moxi. Moxi is a few feet away from Zen, scratches where he should've been stabbed. "No scratches, no marks. Perfect regeneration." Zen says as he looks to me. "Moxi, are you in any way related to Malick? Ever been given blood by Malick?" Zen asks as Moxi laughs. "Well, Malick is my brother. Not by blood of course, but we're just that close." Moxi says as Zen stares at him. "Your dormant energy has the exact same potential as Malick. Who are your parents?" He asks as Aziria walks up and stares at Moxi. "Hey lady with the cool black flame sword." Moxi says, entirely ignoring Zen's question. Zen quickly speaks up again. "Who are your parents?" He asks as Moxi shrugs. "Not sure, was in an orphanage from the first time I could speak, any memory before that is nonexistent." Moxi says as Aziria giggles. "What did you call it again, Evanesa?" Moxi asks as Aziria nods. "It's a very unique sword, I wonder who created it. They must've been very powerful." Moxi says as he puts his hands behind his head. Zen growls and grabs Moxi by the collar of his shirt. "I just want to know how you have such an innate mastery over your energy. Even I can't do that, and I've trained far longer than you." Zen says frustratedly as I scratch my head. "He has energy mastery?" I ask as Zen looks to me. "When I struck him with my sword, he brought all the energy from his entire body and reinforced the exact spot I was going to strike, making it millions of times stronger than it normally would have been. He did it again when I punched him, but he rolled with it to act like it didn't work. And he cut me up by concentrating his energy into hundreds of microscopic lines, far stronger and sharper than normal energy would be." Zen says as I stare at Moxi in amazement. "And on top of that, his dormant power also surpasses mine." Zen whispers as Aziria suddenly laughs. "You act like it's unnatural for the next generation to be stronger than the previous." She says as Zen sighs. "I feel like I'm getting old." Zen says as Aziria pats his back. "We're only in our forties." Aziria laughs as Zen chuckles. "Yea, only a few million years left." He says as he smiles for a second. He looks at Moxi for a moment before sighing. "Kills me to say this, but for being weaker than my son, you're equally, if not more, dangerous." Zen says as Moxi quickly leans against me and crosses his arms. Raven sighs and scratches his neck. "I think I'm going to go." Raven says as Moxi quickly perks up and coughs a few times. "I think you owe us a rematch, now that we've gotten stronger." Moxi says as Raven stares at him. "Right, we never truly finished last time we sparred." Raven says as he summons a sword. "I normally would try to kill a little time to figure out the mindset of my opponent, but since we fought before, I have you figured out." Moxi declares as Raven rolls his eyes. "You don't have nearly enough battle experience to understand your opponent with one encounter." Raven says as Moxi pulls a small knife from his pocket and runs towards Raven. After getting within a few feet of Raven, Moxi stumbled and falls onto his knife. I see a little blood on the ground around Moxi and so does everyone else. The second Raven's guard lowers to see if he's ok, a huge cut goes down Raven's right arm. Blood flows from the cut as Moxi appears behind Raven and taps his throat with his index finger. "Son of a bitch, not only was he controlling his energy with absolute precision, but he was also managing to do it while suppressing nearly seventy percent of his energy. The kid is definitely a genius." Aziria says as Zen grits his teeth.
