Vale quickly vanishes for a few minutes while I try to process what Sheeva said. I yell and grab my arm tightly, screaming in absolute agony as I rip my arm off, attempting to remove the energy tracer. I feel each muscle and tendon rip away as I tear my arm off. Breathing slightly between screams, I feel my arm slowly heal back. I headbutt the ground waiting for the pain to complete subside. As the pain goes away, I look to Sheeva to see her staring blankly at me. "The mark isn't truly on your arm, it's in your energy flow for your arm." She says as I stare at her. "What do you mean, it's in his energy flow?" Attira asks as she puts her hand on my shoulder. "Imagine another body, slightly away from yours. It's you, but it's also your energy. Whenever you're injured, the energy mends the wound under it to take the form it should have. That is the reason it's almost impossible to remove the tracer." Sheeva says as I stare at her, then quickly stand up and puts my hands on her shoulders. "So how do you remove it? You said almost impossible, meaning it's still possible." I say as she sighs and closes her eyes. "There are beings in other realities that can sever energy fields. Permanently." Sheeva says as Vale reappears beside her. "The DAA will be sending one of their stronger representatives." Vale says as Sheeva nods. "If you truly want rid of those tracers, all of you, then you will have to venture out into the other realities for someone to be able to remove it." Sheeva says as she turns and walks towards Raven, Orion, and the other DAA angels and demons. Moxi walks over to me and places his hand on my shoulder. "Do you want to want to do this? As Sinneth said, some realities have some very powerful beings." Moxi says as I hear Sinneth sigh behind us. As I look back, I see him playing on a phone while laying on top of a chunk of concrete. "It doesn't seem as though we have much choice. If we don't get that curse removed, then they could easily come to kill us at any time. Being around Malick until we get it removed, is a risk. He's a liability, constantly putting us at risk until that tracer gets removed. So, we really don't have a choice in the matter." Sinneth says as he rolls off the concrete chunk and lands on his feet. "Malick, your guardian will be here soon. Please don't go antagonizing this one. Same goes for you, Moxi." Vale says as I look at him. Before I can even reply, a woman appears in front of me. She has long black hair with flaming red tips coming down to the middle of her back. She is wearing a black shirt, white jacket, black pants, and black high-rise boots. She stares at me for a moment before leaning in and looking at my face closely. "You seem familiar. Ah, ignore me. I'm going crazy." She says with a soft voice as she laughs and looks at all of us. "So, I'll be guarding you all, correct?" She asks as we all nod. "So where is your main base?" She asks as Lastis takes a step forward. "We are stationed at outpost 73. Do you know where that is?" He asks as she crosses her arms and closes her eyes. Instantly she vanishes, then reappears. "Found it." She says with a wide grin. She quickly pushes Lastis, Sinneth, and Moxi against me then places her hands on Attira and my shoulders. Before any of us can say anything, we appear at our base. We look around and notice we're at the front entrance. I hear footsteps in the base as I see the woman that took Fallyn walk around a corner. "I'm sorry, how did you get back so quickly?" She asks as the woman with us steps forward. "I teleported us here. I'm assuming you're one of the medics that was sent to respond to the damages?" She says as the other woman nods and walks back around the corner. Moxi speaks up behind us. "I'm sorry, but who are you?" Moxi asks as the woman looks at him. "Right, introductions, I forgot. My name is Aziria Lovelace." She says as she smiles and throws up a peace sign. "Aziria, huh?" I mumble as Lastis walks past her. "So how strong are you?" Attira asks as Aziria looks at her. "I was strong enough to kick Kai's ass the last time we fought." Aziria says as she flexes her arm and grabs her bicep. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but who is Kai?" Attira asks as Aziria's smile instantly fades. "Oh right, I forgot. No one knows hardly anything about him since everyone's memories were wiped." Aziria says as Moxi laughs. "Kai Narukami, the white-haired badass, right?" Moxi says as Aziria smiles, she looks genuinely happy someone knows about him. "So how do you know about him?" She asks as Moxi pats his chest. "Well, I did beat him in a fight once. It was tough." Moxi says as Aziria laughs hysterically. She holds up the palm of her hand and smiles. "Punch my hand as hard as you can, if you can make my hand move at all, you may have a chance against Kai." Aziria says as Moxi pulls his fist back and swings with all he has. As he hits her hand, she doesn't even budge a nanometer. "Sorry, Kai would breath on you and kill you." Aziria says as Attira covers her mouth and laughs slightly. Attira quickly grabs Aziria's hand and leads her back towards the C.P.I machine. As Moxi and I start to walk forward, I look back and see Sinneth sitting on the floor and in the corner on his phone. "You seem to be having fun." I say jokingly as Sinneth looks up to me then shows me his phone. He's playing chess. I sigh and follow Moxi and Attira to the C.P.I machine. As I walk up, hear Aziria explaining demons to Attira. "I'm a pureblood by technicality. So, your machine here, it won't work the same for me as it does for you. Since I have multiple releases, it will only show the power for my base form if I scan myself right now." Aziria says as Attira laughs. "So? I'm even more curious now, how strong are you in your base form." Attira says as Aziria smiles and sighs. As she picks up the scanner and scans herself, Moxi falls back onto the floor as all of us stare at it in awe. 2,380,000 flashes on the screen. Aziria laughs lightly.
