"Fucking bastard" Lis yells punching the pillow multiple times and scaring Duke, who runs and hides under the table

I woke up to the condominium's security guard knocking on my door - well, not my door, Calum's door - and he wasn't actually knocking, Brody was ringing the doorbell, but you know what I meant. There was a girl trying to surpass the gates saying she knew me and he needed me to authorize her entrance. She really does, Lis knows me better than my own mother sometimes. Brody accompanied her to the house where he asked me more than twice if I would be okay alone with her.

"Are you sure everything is alright, Mrs Georgia?" Brody asked over and over again

It' cute how they all call me Mrs Georgia, except for JP who calls me Mrs Calum which is even cuter in my opinion. They've all been especially nice to me and Alex, being the only woman in the team, even came here to check on me once. I know Brody was only doing his job and the fact that my best friend looked like a lunatic with her smeared makeup and disheveled hair didn't give the best impression. After I got to convince him that everything was indeed alright and that my best friend wasn't a madwoman, Brody left, leaving me alone with a unruled Elisabeth. She's crying, screaming and cursing all at the same time. It's been an hour since she got here and I still don't know what this is about. All I managed to figure out so far is that she's going to kill this person because they are a lying piece of shit.

"I knew it, Georgia" She cries into my shoulder "I watched him do it a hundred times to other girls"

My guess is that we're talking about Drew. It could've been Tyler but she ended things with him a while ago and Lis isn't one to get attached for long. I don't know what Drew did to get her this mad but it looks ugly. Those two have always shared a love/hate relationship but this goes beyond everything I've seen so far. My suspicions are confirmed when my phone starts buzzing with calls from both Drew and Jason and since I can't talk to them at the moment, it goes to voicemail. After 20 minutes I have 45 missed calls. That's more than two calls per minute, which I think is impressive.

"What did Drew do?" I ask extending a glass of water to her

"He lied cause that's all he does" She groans running her fingers through her hair

Lis has stopped crying now which is a good sign. It's a good for me because now I can actually understand what she says but not so good for Drew cause she's still fuming from anger. I keep filling her glass with water while Lis blurts out a few loose words in between gulps. She's drank four glasses of water in an impressive speed while I watch her walk from one side of the kitchen to the other. My friend is dressed in very trendy designer clothes - because even in a fit of rage Lis is a fashionista - while I stand with arms crossed over my chest wearing one of Calum's T-shirts and gym shorts.

"Stop walking around the room, you're making me dizzy" I say, grabbing her shoulders "Talk to me. In full sentences"

"I invited him to spend Christmas with me and my family because I know he's not talking to his father but he said he'd be out of town, which was weird but okay. We spent the 26th together and everything was fine, we were fine but then the next day he disappears again and when I called him, Drew said he was out of town. Again!" She's gesturing with her hands a lot, something Calum usually does too "He said he'd be back today so I went to his apartment, which is also your apartment but you know, I went there to wait for him and the motherfucker steps out of a woman's car. He was out of town with some other woman!!"

"Oh, shit" Is all I manage to say

"Yes, shit! What a lying piece of shit he is" Lis barks "I don't know why I thought it would be any different, actually, I don't even know what I was thinking"
